1 /5 Roxana Aviles: Awful customer service. 2 Saturdays ago, I paid $35 for my moms regular manicure, which should have included her nails cut, except they werent. I usually take her except I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday that weekend. Came Monday, I got real sick and stayed away from my fragile 90 year old so she wouldnt get sick. I was awfully sick all week. This past Sun., my mom scratched me as she tried hanging onto me. So I called the nail salon to ask who had worked on my moms nails and to present the issue of my moms nails not being cut. I was asked to go in that tue. So wed not be charged just to cut her nails. Except Tue was raining cats and dogs, and I was not about to get wet or have my mom get wrenched. The man on the phone said I could get a discount next time she went in. That wed work something out. I took her in the following day, on Wed. We were charged another $35, so the discount was not honored. I felt robbed, cheated. Pretty much everyone @ the register lacks a decent, friendly customer service etiquette. Ill be taking my business somewhere else. Considering it is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service and the treatment.
