1 /5 Kate Kuprina: I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a long time. The service was terrible, the quality was poor, and I spent seven months fixing issues with my nails after my last visit. It’s shocking that a salon positioning itself as high-end can show such disregard for its clients, especially concerning safety. Yesterday, my friend had an equally disappointing experience, and leaving a review is the least I can do. The place might look picture-perfect, but in reality, it’s the worst salon I’ve ever encountered. Even if you reach out to them and explain that they’ve damaged your nails to the point of needing treatment, the best you’ll get is a refund for the procedure—and then silence.

Elen did the impossible with my nails: nail repair+strengthening+gel manicure and my nails dont look thick!! Thank you so much! So elegant I really recommend Elen for those who wants a perfect mani!

I only have been with two nail techs Karina does my pedicure, outstanding and.Janeta does my manicure. I see them once a month because the Russian manicure lasts that long.
