David Padilla I own a 1984 F250 6.9 IDI I was having clutch issues and went to multiple shops, including diesel shops and was turned away because my truck was “too old” after feeling defeated thinking I would never have this truck on the road again I came across Reliable Automotive! Emily assisted me and they were willing to help me out! Emily was great as she gave me updates along the way and was very communicative throughout the whole process! Got my truck back and enjoy being able to drive it once again! I will only be coming to Reliable Automotive for here on out!

Tom Kempf Just had my 2009 Mini Cooper repaired here and had an excellent experience. I called and talked to Jason, who was very professional. He was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk to. He gave me all the information. I needed, and said I could come in same day and they would diagnose it in a few hours. Well, indeed they did ( a spark plug wire had gone bad) and in the course of the service they kept me informed and called to authorize service at every step. They had it done the next morning when the parts came in, which was as good as one could ask. As to the poster who said not to go here, dont listen to him. I almost did, but when I called and talked to Jason it was clear he knew what he was talking about. The service was excellent in all respects, and the price was reasonable for what they did.

Money Benz I was super nervous at first taking my car in for check engine light diagnostics AND John was more than helpful he was able to see there’s a problem with my sensor he ordered parts and had my 2014 Dodge Dart Ready to go a little after an hour!! John and his Wife Vanessa Are Amaaaaazing! Definitely will recommend to family and friends
