Casey S This is my 3rd experience with Liz and Jose’s muffler shop and I will be a lifetime customer. To say that my experience was top notch is an understatement. As a woman, it is especially rare to feel like this leaving any shop that has to do with automobiles. It’s often a place where you feel dismissed or at risk of being taken advantage of. Not here. Reasons why you should choose THIS muffler shop over literally any other in the Bay Area below: 1. Empathy - Liz and Jose treat you like a person. You can tell they value their customers and go above and beyond to help 2. Financials - Literally saved my car from being totaled by insurance. They helped to get a reasonable price for a catalytic converter theft replacement and built a beast of a cage to protect it. If I didn’t go here I would have been in a panic shopping for a new car. 3. Education - They took the time to educate me on warranty and care of my new catalytic converter. Making sure product lasts for their customers shows that you are always put before profit 4. Speed - My car was back to me DAYS before the estimate. That saved me money on rentals to commute to work 5. Extra Mile - Liz and Jose gave me tips on their favorite cars that are not targets to thieves. They didn’t need to do this but they even were looking out for future me with these recommendations This shop is rock solid. I tell everyone at work who may need a cage about them. Despite the unfortunate circumstances that I had to go there, I consider myself very fortunate to have found this shop.

Jesse Mills I had a grinding noise in the front end. Turned out it was the wheel bearing. They replaced it and checked everything else before leaving. Happy with the service.

Jessica Hassan I highly recommend this body shop! Andy and his team are amazing, great at their craft and customer service. They take pride in their work and took great care of my car and even rushed parts in to get it fixed as fast as possible since I didn’t have a rental. So thoughtful.

Aasra Teraa Raj and his father are awesome helpful and awesome see. Them many times hook up yhe computer diagnostic check no charge and tell someone it was a simple fix that they could do them selves they have done this for me many times for which im greatful. MUNDEEP

Krzysztof Odyniec I have been coming here for thirty years (and four Toyotas, two of which are still going strong with hundreds of thousands of miles on them); I love Leos work, care, and integrity. There have been times when the fix was simpler than I thought and (at least one time) he didnt even charge me. I trust the work and the price.

Jentana Greco I know, your car breaks down, panic sets in. Where are you going to go ? Whom can you trust ? My car broke down and I panicked. My dad used to handle all of this, hes a car expert, he went back to Argentina. Found these guys.They could have easily overcharged me for everything! Went to them for a quote, went to another guy for a second opinion, these guys were the right price and didnt add anything extra. The car is running great. Later had another incident happen to me. Went to them, called around, again they were right on target. Trustworthy mechanic, what else could you ask for. Gracias !!

Judy Fein From beginning to end the service was courteous & beautifully done. I had a repair to my rear passenger door, trim on rear wheel well same side and repainting/touch up on front passenger door. Their estimate was clear. They worked with my insurance company and made the repair a fairly painless process. When I dropped off my car they called the rental car company for me to get a ride All in all this is by far the best experience I’ve had at such a shop. I was treated with respect.

ric peralta I have been working with John on all my cars since 2004 if not longer. He has always diagnosed the issues and suggested which items needed urgency vs those that could be deferred a bit longer. He and his team have also reviewed cars I was thinking of buying with a pre-purchase inspection and has waived me off some nice cars (in my mind) for what they were in terms of maintenance and reliability (not the best). Highly recommended team!!

Roger Taranto Precision is the best. Ive been going since Ken ran the place and when Luis took over, it got even better. They do good work, charge reasonable rates, and even teach me how to do simple stuff myself. They dont try to get me to do unnecessary work, and I trust them completely on the work they say is required.

Amita Basra Raul and his son did such a great job repairing my car - it looks like new! He also goes above and beyond for his customers. I really appreciate his kindness and communicativeness. Glad to have found someone to trust as my new mechanic as well.
