1 /5 Laura Rodriguez: I was recommended by a friend, she spoke highly about this place, my first experience was okay but my experience with the second time was absolutely horrible. The estimate wait time was more than an hour and a first come first serve walk-in service, which was fine with me. Since I had no plans for the remainder of the day, as soon as I was called I asked for one employee Who was busy at the time and I stated to them that I was willing to wait, but there wasn’t any problem. ( The person who was going to do my nails I know this when I was explaining to her what I wanted she wasn’t understanding what I was explaining so I decided to wait for Jennifer ) From my understanding, it seemed like they didn’t want me to continue waiting, and they wanted me to leave. As I continue explaining to them that had no problem on waiting I believe the manager came from the back attacking me right away. Well, I was only trying to explain myself that I was willing to wait to see Jennifer.. The customer who she was assisting, decided to welcome her self into the conversation and made it uncomfortable for me to stay after I stated multiple times that I had no problem waiting. I will never return.
