5 /5 Malik Campbell: This is my 2nd time coming to Dalcar auto repair Dalton, the Owner is very wise with 40+ years in experience in the auto repair business I came in for a oil change for my 2010 Mercedes c300 and walked out with a great service but not only the service I walked out with a lot of knowledge on my car that I did not know about from the inspection Dalton gave me. He was very informative and gave me the best advice on some repairs that I need he gave me a free fluid re fill, filled up the air in all my tires and checked on any other concerns I had with my car I’m very very grateful for the customer service he gave me super satisfied and can’t wait to bring my car back to get repaired and maintained I only deal with the best and I can say by far Dalton is the best I hope my testimony encourages others to trust in Dalton and his team with their car. Great credibility, licensed and award winning & a Faith based business. 10/10

For this reason Ive recommended my friends and family over the years. The dealership was trying to trap me. At Dalcar I once again experienced honesty. That’s exactly what brought me back to them. They were able to repair my car accurately and cost efficiently. They showed me EVERYTHING that they saw before the repairs. Let me make the decision before undergoing the repairs. Brought me in to see all of the new original parts. Step by step. Video by video. Well below the dealership price. The personal relationship that they create and maintain cannot be understated as well. The only place to get excellent honest results in my opinion.

1 /5 Jacob Kobus: Came in with an 2005 Audi that was experiencing many issues. Main issue was overheating as well as smoking. I was not an informed car guy when i went for repairs so when they explained the issue was the turbo i believed them. They quoted me $2500 to replace the turbo. I picked my car up a week later and the check engine light was still on and it was still overheating and smoking. I brought it back and they blamed me for messing with the car stating that they should be the only ones to touch the car. What did i do, You ask? I opened the hood and replaced the coolant cause it was low. I decided to take it to another shop to a get a diagnosis and they said it was very obviously not a turbo issue and actually the main head gasket had blown. Im now more knowledgeable and even i could’ve diagnosed that with the symptoms. Dont come here.
