Dylan Gonzales I brought my Volkswagen Jetta in for service after confirming they worked on them with a kind gentleman name Sam. Sam was very accommodating, knowledgable, and honest. My familys mechanic recently closed up shop, so I was a little bit apprehensive when I was searching for a new mechanic. Top Dawg did not disappoint! They ran a diagnostic on my car and easily identified the issue. Sam was very communicative throughout the entire process. I can happily say that my family has found a new and honest mechanic. Jake Hogan Kevin and his staff are amazing! Called to get help with my car, he was very helpful over the phone and when we showed up he turned on the engine, listened to what was going on, and immediately gave us a diagnosis along with sound advice on what all of our options were. The biggest thing for me is he has expertise and is honest. Would definitely trust him with your car issues.

Sean Schoeppner Took my 1998 Jaguar which had been parked for 15 years under a cover to JoJo. He flushed and replaced all the fluids, belts and hoses. Replaced the fuel filter a couple times after running the car. He treated the car like he was going to be the one driving it. Anita kept me up to date the entire process. He let me know a few things the car needed and made sure the car was ready for smog before I went. FOLLOW UP I returned and had the AC freon flushed and recharged. Quick and easy to do business with!!!

Dave Venturini This garage was a lifesaver, late on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did they see us promptly, the price was very reasonable and the service was well explained and fast. We were in a bind and a less honest place easily could have taken advantage, but this garage was very professional and amazing. We were on the way back from a long road trip, 50+ miles from home when our car suddenly started running very rough, the engine light came on flashing and later the traction control warning came on (thats how rough it was running). We called around, in an unfamiliar area, and everyone was closed or busy (not surprising late Sunday afternoon). But, this garage not only agreed to squeeze us in, they took a look as soon as we arrived so we could discuss options. The mechanic determined it was several cylinders misfiring and walked me through the possibilities, worn/damaged spark plugs, clogged injectors, ignition coil problem, compression/seal issue, etc. He took the time to explain the steps to diagnose/fix each possible issue and suggested we start with spark plugs & injectors based on his experience & initial impressions of the most likely cause (but explained it may require more). The price he gave seemed very fair (and based on subsequent research was very reasonable). Within an hour (much quicker than expected) he said the work was done, the car was fixed, we paid and were on our way. He also gave me a heads up on a few things I should have looked at in the future / were almost due, but didnt pressure us at all (just wanted to save me future hassle). Its been almost two weeks and the car has been running absolutely great. Honestly smoother than it was before the road trip, making me realize I probably missed some subtle warning signs, but that is on me. Its never fun to have sudden car trouble, but this garage & mechanic saved our trip, got us home on time, and was very professional and well priced. I cant thank them enough.

Paul Pallares This guy is hands down the best mechanic in Riverside. We’ve taken more cars than we can count, to see George. He can fix anything. His specialty is German and exotics. BMWs, Porsche, Mercedes, Audi VW and anything else that difficult to fix he will get it done on the first visit.

Randy Flores Had some pretty serious issues on my Honda crv, decided to take it here and am pretty amazed by how good the customer service and transparency is here. Only took 2 days to fix my car. Everyday I got phone calls with updates about the progress. What was pretty cool of these guys was the fact I needed a water pump and housing replaced because the housing was warped from overheating. The part and labor would have been $500 but the staff were able to fix the original housing for free by sanding it and reshaping. On top of that they gave me a free oil change. Ill be coming back for sure, good honest people here.

Larry Webb Honest work & fast service. Ive taken all three of my trucks there to get smog ✔️ & had repairs done to a few of them also. Local spot close to home & convenient. Id recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical work done. Ask for Manual hell take care of you.
