Matthew Nathan I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasnt a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I dont understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. Ill keep the story short. Ultimately, they didnt sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case thats what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. Renee Jessie is friendly and made me feel comfortable, allowing him to service my car. He is honest and affordable. I do recommend that you check him out. He has also maintained and repaired my companys automobiles for the last 18+ years. Thank you, Jessie, you and your team ROCK!

R W P This is now my place to get any work on both my truck n car done. Excellent job on both my vehicles, just had oil changes done on both , they did it fast on both and did a clean job on both. All the guys and the wonderful lady at the counter are very friendly and really listen if you have any problems when you bring in your car. Cant say that I cant wait to go again , LOL, but if I need work done , I wont be gritting my teeth , as I know where TO GO. Thanks guys for making it a easy choice.

I brought my car in today for a quick diagnostic—even though you were busy, you still made time to help me out. You walked me through everything clearly, used a stethoscope to rule out a lifter issue, and explained how a real lifter problem would sound. It’s rare these days to find a shop that’s honest and genuinely cares. A lot of places just try to make a sale, but here, I felt I could really trust the service. Arko Dewri Alex is both proficient and caring in his work. He helped me inspect two cars before buying. He provided great details and also sent me videos regarding the cars, which made it easier for me to make a decision in which car to buy. Afterwards, he helped change the axle of my car . For the price, he provides excellent service! He has a keen sense of trying different methods to figure out the root of the car problem. I would highly recommend his service.

Andrew Chen This review is a long time overdue~ last fall, I was about to go on a trip from the Bay Area to Portland, Oregon. My car battery was acting up, so I bought a new one and planned to replace it myself on the evening before my trip. That evening, however, I discovered that the old battery was so corroded that I couldnt remove it myself. Since I needed to leave the next morning, I searched up local mechanics in a panic, but most had closed already. When I called Martin, he was just about to close up shop. However, he not only kept the shop open until I could get there, but he patiently showed me how to do the battery replacement so that I could do it myself next time. After hearing that I was going on a long drive, he also checked other parts of my car to make sure they were in good condition for the road. I also had a great chat with him and his wife. They are wonderful people, and I would definitely recommend this place!
