Jean Long My 88 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Alcalays. She is very understanding and takes her time speaking to my mother. She wants to hear from my mother, not just me. We think she is great!
2 /5 fredie mcguy: Nice building but many of the employees working here are sub par. The location is clean and safe, the building is well maintained and there are lots of TVs and an area for kids to play. The biggest problem is the staff, especially at reception. The woman working at the front desk has an attitude problem and acts as if she doesnt want to be there. She was rude and provided little help in answering even the most basic questions. The majority of the medical staff take their jobs seriously, but there are a handful that behave as if working at this clinic is not something that they need to take seriously. Also setting up appointments is overly complicated and must be made on average 6 weeks into the future. A better management and change of attitude with many of the employees could really make this clinic into an exceptional establishment, but sadly right now it is sub standard.
