Syndee Hendricks Dr. Karen Mo was available when my regular doctor was out of the office. I needed xrays from injuries from picking up my ill husband. She is an amazing physician who goes beyond the usual visit routine (as my regular physician does). Im so glad I have another fabulous person to count on for my medical needs when needed! Mike Richardson I answer, AT THE VERY LEAST, 10 phone calls for this pharmacy location a WEEK! I wish they would tell their patients that the area code changed to 530 many years ago. Hahaha. Until then, I will continue to politely let the callers know to “dial the same number, but input the 530 area code.” Count your days Kaiser Pharmacy….if I keep receiving these calls, I will be sending over a W9 and an invoice.

Sharissa Easter I delivered my baby girl here on Valentine’s Day and had the most amazing birth experience, I knew going into it that I would have such a better experience than I did with my first baby that I delivered at Valley Care/Stanford in Pleasanton, because of rave reviews from a few friends. This birthing center is very mama-focused and respects your wishes. They don’t try to push all the hospital policy BS on you. They fed me lunch right before my labor kicked into high gear, telling me I would need the energy! At Valley Care I could only have ice. From all of the labor pain coping options they offer to how amazing the nurses, doctors and midwives are, my experience was as close to perfect as it could have been. My precipitous labor prevented me from utilizing the birth tub or the many other options they have that I wanted to try, but if you’re going for an unmedicated birth (or medicated), this is the place to be!!!

Angel Sanchez First I would like to thank the VA for two great hires. First Dr Kungys he was the most pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining everything during my examination. Kept it simple so that anyone could understand. His assistant Janelle Spears was so attentive, first assessing how bad my injury was and relayed her findings to the Dr. JENELLE under the Drs order got me a better compression sleeve and she helped me put it on. She immediately started to set up my MRI appointment with the up most efficiency. I was receiving a call for an appointment and it was made. She had a calming effect in the way she interacted with me. And I immediately felt everything was going to be alright. Again kudos to the Department of Veterans Affairs for two great hires. They raised the bar of excellence to another level. And are committed to the care of not only me but to all our veterans. Respectfully Angel Sanchez Semper fi

Alejandra The wait time was extremely long, and my child was getting sleepy. Even the EMTs who brought us there seemed annoyed. When we finally got in, there werent any available rooms, so we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes. But once we got a room, we met all the doctors, and everything went smoothly. The doctors were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They quickly tended to my child, making sure to ask if we had any other questions or concerns.

nicole carroll We have had nothing but good experiences here. Both of my sons have had bad injuries and have been taken care of completely. Surgery went great and healed up with no issues!
