Jim Procida Had an urgent issue. Went to Sutter Urgent Care in Davis. I did not have to wait too long. The doctor, nurse and admit staff were all friendly and professional. My health situation was wealth with and I am feeling much better now. I would use the Sutter Urgent Care again.

Ruthie Council From my first visit to see Dr Tumusok, when she first came to Sutter Davis, I knew that she would remain my PCP. I was not her only patient, but it felt as though she had time to sit, listen to me, almost making me feel like I really was. She’s very knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely seems interested in any condition that I bring to her. Of course it doesn’t hurt that she’s lovely, kind, has a great sense of humour all while being very professional. I trust her!

Tyler Ann Sands aka Sister Gramps Nice place, very open area, free parking. My friend appt.checkin was what we thought good, but a lady at desk did not communicate to the other check in area that we were there and that lady left. Sat for 30 min. Until I had to say something.

Yifang Ren Got surprised bill of over $1500 for an ultrasound! Previous Communications Ignored: Prior to the appointment, I made two phone calls to your facility and sent detailed emails to my physician, explicitly stating that based on my dense breast tissue and previous ultrasound outcomes, further mammograms were unnecessary and ineffective for my condition. I also expressed a desire to avoid unnecessary radiation exposure. But they insist to let you do the mammograms for a surprised bill of over $1100! The ultrasound itself is only $400. They racked their brains to make you pay more!! Lack of Transparency and Consent: At no point was I informed about the additional digital screening procedure nor its associated costs. I have already sent multiple messages over the past few days with no response from your team. It seems that these replies are more focused on managing public perception rather than genuinely resolving issues.

Joy Humphrey Dr. Blankenship is efficient but also takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed. She answers all my questions and gives me all the information I need. Her demeanor is friendly, professional, empathetic, and she has a good sense of humor.

My mom and I brought our beloved Annabelle in when we noticed she was bleeding while eating and showing troubling symptoms. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian treated us with warmth, patience, and care. They took Annabelle back to examine her throat, and when they returned, they had to deliver the news no pet parent ever wants to hear—she had severe throat cancer, and it was progressing fast. They didn’t just give us a diagnosis; they guided us through the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. They spoke with honesty but also with empathy, making sure we understood what was happening while treating Annabelle with the love and dignity she deserved. They introduced us to Beloved Pet Vet, an at-home euthanasia service, and because of their guidance, Annabelle was able to pass away peacefully at home, wrapped in love, on February 17th at 8 p.m. The hardest part of loving a pet is saying goodbye, but South Davis Vet made sure Annabelle’s last days were filled with comfort instead of suffering. For that, we will be forever grateful. Thank you for giving us the gift of a peaceful goodbye❤️

Jose Serrano Dr Cotterel is very empathetic and caring. I have seen him since 1999. I was 24 years old and weighed close to 300 pounds. He starting me as my first Primary Care Physician with a brief conversation about the consequences of my weight at my age. Within a few months, after his advice, I lost 30 pounds. I am now 50 years old and weigh 185 pounds, all with diet and excercise. Dr Cotterel has seen my life changes and has been with me through various surgeries, life changes and health concerns. He listens to me and is very understanding and encourages me to hang in there. He is a great doctor and I am glad he is still working. Thank you so much!

sharon hunt My Granddaughter had a lump removed from her back today. And the nurses n doctors were very nice and explained everything that was going to happen to her. She was very scared. And they made her feel better about the procedure. I can say Ive never been to a hospital where they treat your child like they matter.

Shara Sheldon Dr. Hughes is great. Ive been seeing her for a few years now. I switched over to her as my primary when she was able to diagnose something that three other doctors couldnt figure out. Shes very smart and really thinks things through.
