This last visit I had on 9/21/2023 was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with them and with any other medical practitioner/Doctor. Dr Jackson-Scott, MD. was awesome!! Interaction and connection was above and beyond! Sarah Sherwood Professionalism, high caliber care and quickness is everything my daughter received at Watsonville Community hospital ER. No waiting for six hours in the waiting room! Everyone we encountered from start to finish was genuinely friendly and helpful, as we had never been there before. The MD & nursing staff asked questions on top of questions to make sure we understood everything that was happening and at discharge. I’m pleased we made the right decision by choosing this facility instead of the other option in the county.
