Matt (Matin), the mechanic who also works at the front desk, was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the process. He worked alongside two other mechanics to not only fix the brakes but also address some transmission issues I had. The entire repair took about 2 to 3 hours, which was very quick considering the amount of work done. It’s been a week since the repair, and my car is running perfectly! The team’s professionalism and efficiency left me feeling confident about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable and friendly auto repair services.

The car now looks brand new, and even when there were some tiny flaws that weren’t visible to the naked eye after the first repair, the owner was extremely patient and assured us that he could fix everything to our satisfaction. And he and his team did do that PERFECTLY ! Less than 24 hours later, he contacted us, and we went back — the result was absolutely flawless. The owner and the technicians were very professional, patient, their service attitude is EXCELLENT, and the repair was done quickly. They also listened carefully to our requests. I feel really lucky to have chosen Brands auto repair!
