4 /5 Great Love: The women here are great. Service was awesome. Hair was amazing. Great place for younger kids to go to feel pampered, while providing a safe space for them to go and feel pretty/Dolled up. The image of beautiful black princesss to me is important for my daughters experience! Thank you z for your help and time. Also taking great care of my daughter while doing her hair, communicating with me through the process! She absolutely loves her hair and is ready to come back! Also, I appreciate the steps that they take to ensure the safety of the children with the covid-19 awearness and precautions! 2THUMBS UP. #BLACKGIRLMAGIC!

1 /5 Kierra Madison: Gabbie braided my hair. She’s very unprofessional Gave me children braids. No where near the picture I provided. She told me because of my I hair couldn’t achieve that style. This was after the fact of me complaining about my braids lifting 3 days later. As a professional if you can’t do a style. I’d expect you to tell me instead of lying doing my hair and me being unsatisfied. She was on the phone almost the whole braiding process which was over 4 hours to do 19 braids. Owner Danielle is unprofessional as well. I called to complain and receive a refund I was told I would receive a call back never got one. I had to keep calling to end up being told I’d have to be refunded directly from Gabbie. No license at all seen on any wall HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT

1 /5 Brandy Walker: Please do not go to Location 2 and book an appointment with Darrielle Johnson AKA Ms. Darrie. The first RED FLAG, she told me to bring my own hair and beads. I informed her that my daughter previously had an appointment with Trice at Location 1 and I wasnt required to bring hair or beads. She replied "I am out of hair and beads." Ok, no problem! (Trice was VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND EXCELLENT, Location 1.) I woke up EARLY, went to the Beauty Supply Store, got the hair and beads. I arrived 30 minutes early just to ensure that I am ON TIME considering I dont live in Vallejo and as previously stated, had to stop at a Beauty Supply Store. At approximately 15 minutes before my daughters appointment I get a text message from Ms. Darrie stating that she doubled booked my appointment. Why wait 15 minutes until the appointment time, have me take off work and drive all the way to Vallejo? Totally inconsiderate and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then, there was an older lady sitting in her car waiting with her granddaughter. She stated that her appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and added that she had a similar issue last time. It is so sad how unprofessional some stylists can be. All you have is your reputation. It doesnt matter how SKILLED you are if you LACK PROFESSIONALISM. Clearly, Ms. Darrie missed the mark. I repeat DO NOT BOOK WITH HER. I wasted hours driving, time, gas and energy. I am very disappointed to say the least. Please do better.

5 /5 Khaledah White: Gabbie has braided my grand baby’s hair for about 3 years. I’ve booked a few other braiders before and they were great to work with as well… And the shop is very kid friendly. They have toys, Netflix movies and the kids receive a prize after getting their hair completed. Gabbie always does a neat job and makes my grand baby feel special and pretty. Love this shop!

1 /5 Raven Johnson: My car was almost broken into while I was parked in front of the salon waiting for my daughters hair to get done. It’s not a great area for a kids salon. Took the girl 8 hours to do my daughters hair. Very unsafe area to bring your kids . No reason to complain to the owner cuz she just as rude . This place won’t be up for very much longer . There rude only want money don’t care about the customer it’s all a fake . Overpriced for how long it takes them. They charge adult prices for kids. Then I paid 5$ for a pack of hair and didn’t even get the hair that was left over there pocketing that money not even opening full packs of hair . DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.
