1 /5 Megan Locke: If I could give them no stars I would. My friend had a groupon for them and called - they had us scheduled for 5 and 6pm tonight and then called my friend at 4:15 to tell her someone called out sick so they couldn’t do it... I then called them and miraculously they had availability at 5pm. I will never go to this salon or recommend this salon based on how they treat people. By the way the reason my friend wanted to get me a pedicure is because i am going in for back surgery tomorrow (which she relayed to them). Shame on them!!!

5 /5 Skyla Borboa: I have been going here for about 2 years now and its ALWAYS spot on. They are very nice and accommodating as to what youd like and what fits your schedule. They do care about there clients and even offer a reward system every time you go in. They give great pedicures and nails. Maria is my go to even though, all the girls are very taleneted in their own way. Cant wait to go back soon!

3 /5 Linda Miller: Although I’ve read several bad reviews- two of my friends included, my experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that I feel as though I was charged too much for the service I had done on my nails. I needed to have someone fix my nails because the person at the last salon didn’t do a good job. The woman that did my nails at Bel Mondo re-shaped my nails from almond to coffin, evened out (filed) the acrylic because some of the nails had an uneven surface, polished my nails with gel polish and did a silver French tip. She charged me $30 but since I didn’t have any acrylic added to my nail I feel that the amount was a bit much for what she did. It’s my fault for not agreeing on a price before we started, but I trusted that it would be reasonable (I was expecting something more like $20), so I didn’t think it was necessary. I may return in the future. Aside from the cost discrepancy, the nails looked OK and if I’m wiser about what I’m paying in the future I shouldn’t have any problem. I contacted them about it and their response was to tell me that gel fill is normally $30 and regular fill $16 if that helps. But I didnt get a fill, she just filed my nails so no, that doesnt help. :(

2 /5 Allison L: Used a Groupon for gel manicure and deluxe pedicure for my daughter and myself. We received excellent service, the people were nice. Unfortunately, the gel manicure was not painted to the edges of my fingers so it looked like they were done over a week ago. My daughters gel manicure started chipping the next day, and now is starting to peel up.
