She is the BEST ever, easy to talk to, thorough, caring, understanding and has a good sense of humor. Sara Hancock I havent had any problems going here other than the occasional cant make an appointment when I need too with the dr I want you to see but let me tell you, I called today to get some information and spoke with Ophelia who was absolutely amazing. Soliman George I have been with two other urologist before , I was treated badly from their staff. I asked my insurance to refer me to dr. Fareed and I was amazed how nice they are in the front desk , they are very understanding, co-operative and friendly . Dr Fareed listened and care about all the details regarding my problem which is also something rare nowadays .. while they are very busy Dr Fareed thanked me for choosing this clinic. Thank you Dr Fareed , nurse and everyone helped on the phone or in the front desk.

Sheri H Dr Ruiz is always very Personable and thorough. He listens and works with me to understand the issue at hand. He did not rush the appointment and I was happy with what I was told to do to address my issue.

Nicky Sixx The whole team at Dr. Brenders are wonderful caring people. They have literally saved my life. They then changed the quality of my life from a generally miserable experience to a healthy enjoyable one, despite some of my health challenges. Its not easy finding a Healthcare team that actually listens and isnt just trying to get me out the door with the easiest (for them) solution. By the way I believe insurance company policies are responsible for a lot of the problems people (like me) have with medical care, not that there are a lot of people bad at their jobs.

kill.thekool Front dest is very rude never ever answers phone calls just went in with my wife looking for help and the girl we were speaking too was so rude so cold very unprofessional it made me sick and depressed Sabrina is so nice but the rest nope Salem the main doctor never attended me. I need to do something special to see her? Stay away.

Laniqua Hoard My experience here was nothing but amazing. I had been calling around to see who would take my families insurance. After calling all morning with no luck I called here. The out of pocket cost was not an option for me, but the man in the billing department when above and beyond to find me a pediatrician who took our insurance. Although I would have loved to bring my kiddo here for care I truly appreciate how they assisted me in my time of need. He provided me with all the facts upfront and loved that rather than getting an unexpected bill. If they are in your network I would highly recommend you bring your kiddos here. Their professionalism was top quality. Instead of just sending me away and telling me they could not help me like others did, they helped me find a solution with the exact phone number of the assigned doctor for my little ones.
