Sara Hancock I havent had any problems going here other than the occasional cant make an appointment when I need too with the dr I want you to see but let me tell you, I called today to get some information and spoke with Ophelia who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond out of her way to find out some information for me which is exactly how it should be I appreciate her and she needs praising big time. Thank you Ophelia

Amador Greateagle I have been hospitalized there at Huntington Beach Hospital several times. Everyone is kind which means the most to me. They are professional and very caring. Each time I have had to go there, I am promptly routes through the ER and taken care of immediately and within some time, I usually get a room. The only thing o can complain about is the last room I stayed in, I had a room mate. That was not a problem. The problem was that where the bed area was so small that my side table would not fit so it was difficult for me to eat. Also there was hardly any room for the nurses. You could not watch TV because once you roommates curtain was closed for privacy’s there was no way to watch TV. I’m not a huge TV fan but when you’re in the hospital with nothing to do it does serve a purpose. That’s all. Oh if you do look at that room you can see that it can be reconfigured differently to make the room adequate for 2 persons. It is truly large enough!!! Thank you

Patricia Smith I have had Dr. Holly Salem as my primary care physician for years now and I LOVE her! She really takes the time to talk with me and whatever is going on....she looks at the whole picture, not just the symptom I may be presenting with. She has a great bedside manner, and Ive now made her the PCP for my hubby and son too! The only bummer is that she is busy, so it isnt always easy to get a quick appt....but I will deal with that, as I have never had a PCP care so much and be so "real" while also being a great doctor. We moved and live 45 min away, but I will make the drive anytime to stay with Dr. Salem....

Nicole Litovsky Dr. Copon spent so much time with me! No rushing like other doctors. Her staff also called very quickly to inform me of updates and were responsive to emails. I have never had a better doctor! Dr. Copon is very thorough (immediately told me what exams and specialist I needed) and attentive. She really cares about her patients :)

Douglas Miller I have never been able to reach this facility on the phone. And have never had anyone return messages left.

Frank Camden I erased the previous posting , which was negative . But To be transparent , the Dr did call me and speak with me , And that speaks volumes for his standing as a Dr that cares and his honesty of the situation . We spoke in detail And I was very surprised by how much he understood about my situation with the VA and the medical issues I am going thru and I have to say I WILL be staying with his practice and I appreciate his candor and honesty , and willingness to a fellow human being . Thank you Doctor

Mike Thoeresz This review is for Dr. Ruiz and all the support staff at Memorial care HB. Dr. Ruiz is my primary care physician and he is fantastic. He takes his time, has empathy, and really cares about his patients. Also, the support staff at the office is incredible. I’m currently overseas with limited internet access and they have been AMAZING about getting me obscure documentation for a government position. Their response time is immediate and I’ve been a nightmare for them to work with. They have been nothing but kind and supportive. THANK YOU!!

WF Coyote Misdiagnosed my multiple bilateral pulmonary embolisms and overcharged my insurance. In my experience this guy is bad news for those seeking competent, honest health care.
