Fabiola Aguilera I really like the doctor, he took care of all my problems, he listened and took the time to explained everything to me. I love the point that I don’t have to make another appointment to other issues. I felt that he really cared about his patients.

Siloam Won My dad stayed at this facility for 4 days to treat fractured femoral neck. Every staff member was doing their best to provide necessary treatment, fulfill his needs, and transfer him to a nursing facility after the discharge. Also, they have been very helpful, answered all questions, and followed up on requests whenever I reached out. My dad mentioned that he did not want to leave because he was so satisfied with the service every step of the way. Thank you West Anaheim Medical Center and all staffs who took care of my dad. Our family could not have asked for more and grateful for your exceptional care.

Elija slinkard I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.

Nessa Sanchez Dr. Le is an excellent doctor. I been going to her for over 13 years. She always prescribes the correct medication to get you feeling better. Thank you so much Dr.Le for all that you do. For always going above and beyond for your patients. I highly recommend her. I sent my family and friends to her and they all love her. She’s truly a great doctor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

C1x Foreyah This was my first time here and there was absolutely no wait, super easy check in, extremely friendly receptionist. I went in to get an assessment of a sore throat and told him my symptoms and after he checked me out, he asked me several questions and I answered them with complete honesty, which everyone should if they want to know an accurate diagnosis. He knew right off the bat that it was laryngitis and right away sent a prescription to my pharmacy. He asked a few more questions and I was on my way. This doctor is so nice, super friendly but completely professional. He made me feel comfortable. If you need a super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the best primary doctor in orange county, this is the doctor to sign up with. If you have a current primary doctor that you dont like or are not comfortable with, make that phone call to your health insurance and see if you can switch to this amazing primary doctor! Great experience!

Otto Steinegeweg I fell 30 ft. ,landing on my head and chest, yet no one thought about an xray or MRI of my neck. Even though I complained of tremendous pain in my neck every day and night, it didnt dawn on anyone that maybe something was wrong. I didnt find out about my dislocated neck for 30 days at follow up doctor. He said it was the first time in 30 year career someone came into his office with a dislocated neck, instead of it being taken care of in the emergency room setting. Also, I was given NO sedative when they set my double compound fracture of left leg. I was told its the only way they could do it so "go ahead and scream all you want." I dont know how many commercials I watched on the TV, bragging about what a great Trauma Center I was in. Best in the country.

Justin Rosen Dr. Patel has been my wifes and my Primary Care Physician for the past 10 years. He is excellent. Dr. Patel always finds time to fit us into his busy schedule. His evaluations are thorough and proactive ensuring we stay healthy. We love his new office too.

Dena Griffin Both of my parents were frequent patients in the late 80s, early 90s. Dad died there in 1991. We bought plaques. The entire staff couldnt have been kinder or more efficient. The compassion we received was priceless. I realize this is too little and far too late after all the sales of this building, but at the least, it is my sincere offering to its gracious past of caring for the community. Toni Spencer I have been taking a family member to appointments with Dr. Santos for the last 4 years. He has a very warm bedside manner, is very responsive in times of urgency & his staff is very efficient in helping us understand our insurance. Anytime we need a question about meds answered, they always answer promptly.
