Amazing Nails Lounge - Riverside (CA)

1 /5 Shelly Saenz: It was my first time visit at this nail shop and the outcome of my visit was horrible! During the process of getting my nails done I had let the tech know she was being too rough and was filing my skin and not my nail so now I have several cuts on my skin but to top it all off my skin was stuck to the acrylic on my thumb so nail tech decided to use a skinny drill bit between the nail and finger to get the acrylic off, but instead of a outward motion she went straight in and stabbed me. Now I have a deep cut in between my nail and skin that just burns and bleeds. I have acrylic residue on all my fingers it was a messy job. I tried peeling it off with the cuticle oil once they sent me off and finished charging me. To bad I noticed all my cuts and uneven filing outside in the sun light after I paid. I turned around and went back to asked for a discount or refund because my thumb was burning especially because I noticed how bad of a job it was and she denied anykind of refund. So $84 down the drain. Theres more nail shops in the same shopping area so go else where. I will post my thumb nail and skin cuts here with out the blood after I clean up the wounds.

3 /5 Miriam Lopez: My first time going and my visit went well. I got a pedicure with acrylic on my toes and a full set. Danny and the little lady next to him took care of me.They did great! The only thing that was not ok was what I was charged. Everything totalled up to$180.00 plus I gave each of the people who worked on me $10.00 each. I felt that I was over charged. I called the owner later to ask about the way I was priced and she game me back $10.00 in credit. I went back a week and a half later to fix my nail that I broke and she didnt charge me. While there for the second time I dont know what was said between them in the salon but they went back and forth in a really uncomfortable and loud manner while fixing my one nail. Dannys attitude had changed on me and I dont understand why, they had a discussion in their foreign language so I dont know what was said. Its ok to speak whatever language they want but not in an argumentative way all across the room and very loud. Wasnt professional at all.

5 /5 Rhonda Young: Just wanna say that i am out of the area and stop by this place and I would highly recommend as they did the best job that I can say I have been to others nail places and I don’t think I found anybody who is comparable to them They took their time they talked with us. They made sure everything that we wanted and confirmed everything so yes, Five Star for them. Thank you for the kindness.

5 /5 Carmina Adri: I absolutely recommend this place, Jenny did an amazing job! She was very pleasant, friendly, funny, thorough, gentle and attentive. So I have some odd growing nails that grow upwards I had purchased my own acrylic nails that fit best to my nails and would sit better with my nail growth. I had gone to my usual spot next door and they refused to even look at the acrylics I bought and try to place them, I even offered to pay extra. I called Amazing Nail Lounge and they welcomed me and were willing to take a look at the nails and try their best to accommodate me. The end result was amazing and im so happy. My nails look so much better with the curved acrylic place vs the regular default acrylic. I know for sure they stay and wont be lifting my nails more than they already do. Im so satisfied with the services here. Jenny was sure to pick the best fitting nails, was gentle with the prepping and pampering of my nails. Placed the right amount of coats to really make the colors vibrant even with a matte coat on top. She really took her time to give me the perfect set. Ill be flaunting my nails for my upcoming birthday! Definitely coming here again!

5 /5 kenziee nicole: 100% recommend!! They ALWAYS provide the BEST mani & pedis. Their nail fills are affordable and always done professionally and on point… Janet and everyone who work there are professional, courteous and always willing to meet difficult customers exceptions even when they just want services for free. My appointment was at 10am and we saw this lady being demanding and rude. Honestly, they are constantly dealing with people like this and yet they still manage to provide me and all the rest of their regular loyal customers with exceptional nail services. From manicures to full service pedicures amazing nails lounge is my go-to nail salon. Sorry that they have to deal with Karen’s like the one in this video. The lady came in because of a chipped nail and wanted a free color change for both her hands and feet and she “wanted it done now”
