Diamond Nails - Castro Valley (CA)

Michelle Gonzalez I had pedicure and full set walk I’m done yesterday. Nails looked ok, but I have a photo shoot and an interview on Monday so I noticed they weren’t going to cut it when I got my pedicure. They fixed some things but while at home I just knew something else needed to be done. Called up, and the owner said she’d open up for me on Sunday to fix everything. Not only was she incredibly nice, and apologized, making sure I knew no matter what if I’m not happy to please come back but she delicately fixed all my issues quickly. I’m happy to say this is my fav place and I finally feel comfortable to maintain these beauties. Before and after photos posted. Alisa & Cindy are so nice, and do an amazing job!

J A I had a really excellent experience here I called in and asked if they took walk in for acrylic nails and they said yes come In. I had the pleasure to get seen by Mimi she took care of me and gave me great advice as to what shape would look best I showed her some pictures as to what I was looking for and she gave me confidence I told her to do what you think is best with what I was looking and what she thought would make it look better and I left very happy I will be coming back thanks for the Great service.

Cherryleen Leynes I called Vicky’s Nails just before 6:30pm on a Sunday. And I asked if they can accept a walk-in (they close @ 7p). Lyn said yes. Lyn was super nice and very accommodating (all the staff there that day before closing was actually nice and friendly). I will definitely come back.

Marsha McDaniel I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and love them! Family owned and they treat the employees with much respect! Quality of service is excellent! Highly recommend!

Shunda Mcduffie Miss Nails never lets me down!! Have been a customer for over 8yrs. Normal nail tech is Tammy, she is the best ever!!! New lady today also did a Good job.

Mary Kendall Update: This place closed. I tried to call to book an appointment, the number was no longer in service. Drove by it get yesterday and they were scraping the window art off the windows. Had a full set of acrylics done. The lady did a good job. They are not thick and shaped well. I made a same day appointment. There was a 15 minute wait but I didnt mind that. She apologized twice for my wait. I am pleased and plan to return for my fills.

Candi Sandoval Lee is the best!! He has great energy and always makes you laugh! Service is great and so is the price!! I came here for years since I was in high school and now I bring my daughter.

Mona Polk love, love, love Jenny. Shes very professional and fast. She doesnt over book, therefore you get your one on one time with her doing her best artistry on you. Highly recommend her, just book ahead of time as she books months in advance.
