They had to do a lot of hand holding and explaining pros and cons of all weather versus all terrain versus aesthetically pleasing Tires for me. Loved the finished product and I really appreciated the time they spent with me making it right.

I recently moved to the area and wasn’t sure where to take my car, but several people on Facebook recommended them and I’m glad they did. Scott and Jena (shuttle driver) were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the level of customer service and. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that kind of quality service at an automotive repair shop before. Highly recommend! Thank you:)

1 /5 Graham Berry: A local mobile mechanic left me in rough shape and the guys at All Star said they’d take good care of me. They changed the oil and drained my coolant but didn’t check most of the problems I asked them to get eyes on. Re-filled my coolant almost half way and told me they didn’t know what else to do in the time I had for them to look at it. This is why I get people who are older than the car to work on it usually. Kids just don’t understand these old machines so they either try everything or do nothing. In my case with All Star it was pretty much the latter. Not sure what cost me so much money but I feel like they took advantage of the situation because they had the vehicle for two days and only worked on it for part of one. Mostly just draining fluids and not replacing them. Then they drove it almost a block away to the main road and left it out of view with the keys in it after they told me there have been robberies and vehicle break-ins in the area. My vehicle broke down again twice within the next 10 miles. If you have an old vehicle or are in an urgent situation I’d recommend some other shop (Eagle and Tom’s are both much much better) that will give you the attention you need and not simply answer concerns by sending you their internal survey. Way to let me down, All-Star. I’ve had brighter experiences with traffic lights.

I worked with Eli and it was a positive experience from start to hopefully, ( never finish ). I cant speak enough for great customer service, very professional staff and thorough explanations of work that was completed and recommendations. They service three of my vehicles.

5 /5 Jake Kooy: Great experience! Took my truck in to fix a check engine light and had it back completely fixed in less than a day. Constant follow ups during the diagnosis was very reassuring. Will be coming back for all my vehicle repairs.
