don meyers A Huge Thank you to Darrell Tripp and crew. Im a week away from a 2 week ski vacation back to Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. A deer runs into my truck on the passenger side. It jacks up the hood and the length of the passenger side of my new 2021 Chevy Colorado... Most concerning is the passenger head light. Its busted open. I called Gold Rush Chevy in Auburn and was told Chevy doesnt make replacement headlights yet, your truck is to new. I file a claim with my insurance company and they have 3 recommendations for body shops. I check customer reviews and Tripps was at the top of their list. I take it to Tripps, Darrell greets me and does a thorough walk around the truck and takes photos. I told him about my upcoming trip and that I cant get a replacement headlight. He calmly says, let me make a few phone calls. 5 minutes later he tells me Hows 3 oclock sound. I reply for what? To have a replacement headlight here so you can go on your trip! I literally get up and bow several times in appreciation. He replaced the headlight the next day and off I go on vacation. I brought it to the shop upon return and they began work on it. They kept me posted on progress and it was delivered on time in GREAT condition. I would Highly recommend Tripps Auto Body if you are in need of their service. Their repair even met the approval of Cleopatra the Wonder Lab! Thanks again Darrell and Tripps Auto Body Crew. Job Well Done!!!

drae Roadrunner has worked on my Lexus in the past and did a terrific job at a reasonable price. This time my Nissan truck needed a smog certificate -- dropped the car off at the appointed time, took a walk around the block, and the job was completed when I returned. This is a very ethical company that does excellent work. I will continue to bring my Lexus SC430 and Nissan truck in for any and all repairs.Thanks for the terrific service!

D C Grass Valley Garage is the best in town! I used to take my 2022 Mercedes GLC to Auburn for maintenance and oil changes. I’m so glad to have someone who specializes in European models locally now! Nick is honest, which is hard to find in the mechanic world. I completely trust him with our cars!

Kristen mariposa My friend and I were visiting the area and lets just say, we had an interesting few days of unexpected surprises thus leading us to needing a uhaul cargo van. Gin was very helpful & thorough in explaining all I needed to know about the rental process & I really appreciated that! But even before that, she called to check in with me when I hadnt shown up for my rental & gave me advice on a reliable taxi service. When it was time to return, Robert was equally as helpful as Gin with the return process. I just want to say that I have never encountered a business that really goes above & beyond customer service as much as these folks. They genuinely care about helping their customers. Mitzi Garnett I cant believe Ive had to use their services not once, but twice! Both times my car was hit by a person with the same insurance. Both times the service was thorough, pleasant, great communication, dealt directly with the insurance and made it smooth for me. Both times my car came back looking even better that it was before. This is the place to go if you never a car repair and have high expectations.

niki curnell Excellent service and pricing. They saved me over $1100 from a quote with a previous scammy shop to replace my AC compressor and condenser. As a woman, I am frequently talked down to or taken advantage of at many shops, and that does not happen at J&J. They fit my truck into their already tight schedule quickly while I was traveling through CA and NV with my horses in hot weather. Would highly recommend. Bonus: Their shop dog, Juneau, is always ready for pets!
