E Y This is my second vehicle I have brought into Fremont Auto Tech for fixing several car issues, including a water pump repair, O2 sensor replacement, and resolving check engine light problems. I could not be more satisfied with the work done on my cars and service I have received on my visits. Mr. Park is very patient, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each issue and the necessary repairs in detail, matching everything my friends said when I checked for a second opinion. Pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work done and the parts used. Its rare to find an auto shop that combines such high standards of service with competitive pricing. Matthew Nathan I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasnt a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I dont understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. Ill keep the story short. Ultimately, they didnt sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case thats what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. Yugang Tan I was traveling from Tennessee to Fremont, CA when my 2014 Forester’s clutch failed. I searched the area and found Aztek nearby with great reviews. Although the shop normally operates by appointment, Katie was able to take me in. The repair was completed in just one day. Throughout the process, Katie kept me informed with calls and texts, and she even followed up afterward to make sure the car was running well and that I made it home safely. Prices are more than fair and theyre definitely not out to rob or hustle their customers! Its rare that I find a place where they put emphasis on being upfront, honest and sincere about their work and customer service. They have a top-of-the-line laser alignment system, and if you tell them that Luís from Costco sent you, theyll take good care of you!
