J k Amazing experience with cat. He’s very approachable and understanding. He’s the only mechanic I’ve came across that doesn’t make me feel stupid when I explain the situation to him! Even more respect to his very affordable prices. I’ve suffered with a check engine light for months now, and these people are the only ones that could solve it! He told me if I have any issues I can come back and get it diagnosed again with no charge. Real blessing and an amazing man, shout-out to his knowledgeable technician as well.

Matthew Nathan I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasnt a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I dont understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. Ill keep the story short. Ultimately, they didnt sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case thats what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. Wazay F Hello all I took my car to mission auto repair to fix my car and this gentleman helped me at the front desk and all I have to say is hands down one of the best customer service I received in a while got straight to the point made sure he inspected the vehicle found the issue repaired same day my 2008 rang rover hse I’m very happy my cars back on the road and I recommend them to everyone.

Ruth Mielke I took my car to A1 for an alignment and waited while it was done. I was impressed how everyone communicated with each other and with customers. My car was completed in a timely manner. They didn’t try to sell me on anything besides what I requested. I’ll definitely be making this my auto mechanic place to go!

I got a text message with estimated price listed for approval. Waiting room is big, clean and comfortable. It has a large table to with 4 chairs. I got my laptop with me so I was able to work there while waiting. Highly recommended.
