Roberto E. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking the pivot ball on my Nissan 350z at Thunderhill Raceway. I could no longer engage the clutch system and the pedal was stuck to the floor. Since it was on a weekend, no shops were open in 50 mile radius except for JnJ Automotive. I called and they welcome me at ease and requested for I to tow my vehicle to them. Within an hour, they found the problem and gave me the best approach on how to fix it and what options i had to prevent any other issues in the long run. Since it was a 19 year old vehicle with 155K miles, it was best to replace the clutch system since I plan to track this year. Within days, the car was ready to go! Overall JnJ customer support and call followups is what makes this shop a 5/5 ⭐️ !! Abel Larkin Beller’s has always taken great care of us. When I hit a deer (again), they provided top-notch repairs and customer service. They worked directly with my insurance company (NYCM) to handle all of the arrangements, and even went out of their way to obtain a rental vehicle for me. They had it brought to their shop so it was easier for me to pick up and drop back off when I was done. Being in auto repair is being in the “bad news business,” but Beller‘s always does their best to take the sting out of it and make it as painless as possible to get our vehicles in working order and looking brand new. 10/10 recommend for all of your vehicle needs.

Jack Lunsford These guys are top notch. Primarily spoke to Seth and Travis, but everyone in the shop was super friendly. Ive had some hit and miss experiences with tuners across the Bay Area but the entire process at M45/Snail was just so smooth. I assumed the process would have taken the majority of an afternoon but they got me in and out in less than an hour; even after showing up a few minutes late. I’ve owned my Subaru for about 6 years now and it’s never been running this well. Absolute 10/10 for their service. Thank you Travis, Seth, and the whole team at M45!!

Nick R Had M45 install my Cobb nextgen fuel system and tuned by snail performance. Had a great experience and fuel economy is greatly improved as well as power. Second time having them work on the Subaru. Will be back for some more nice upgrades, Waited nearly a month after work completed for a honset review.

Keith Vallier MAYBE 5 STARS!!!! I will be updating my review shortly I have been really pleased with me and my wifes experience here. Me and my wife came here after recommendations by several people for the fact they work well with people that have no credit which is a situation me and my wife are in. We looked other places but could only get financed with the larger down payment or cosigner which we were trying to avoid but after some finagling Eric was able to get us financed and was able to come up with a vehicle that was right in line with what me and my wife were looking for. We did have to produce some more paperwork so had to come back a second day to finalize everything the only issue we have encountered is not but a few hours after driving off the lot our 2017 Jeep Cherokee it started displaying a service shifter light so we have contacted the dealership to get this resolved so depending on how the situation shakes out my review will either add that last star which Im hoping is the case otherwise well be losing some Stars. But Im hoping that I get to add that last star because overall for me and my wifes first experience buying a vehicle especially with not having any credit to speak of this experience has been very painless dealing with Eric the first day and then Suzanne II they were both great and making the whole process smooth and gave us some great tips along the way and as long as everything plays out accordingly me and my wife look forward to doing more business with them in the future

Victoria Wilson I took my car in for a ticking noise that was coming from the engine. They diagnosed it and fixed it fairly quickly for a great price. It’s been running like a dream ever since. The men at Penners are experienced which is something that other places I got quotes from seemed to lack. They are honest and kind. Sean M My children and a bear destroyed the interior of my Ram 1500. My insurance company suggested that I get quotes from Fix Auto and a few other places. They came in at reasonable to lower quotes. Fix Auto worked with my insurance company so I hardly had to do a thing. The results were amazing. Like a have a brand new car. I may never let my kids set foot in my truck again. Jemharyin Tate So I was In Dire need of an oil change and didn’t know what I was going to do. I was traveling to another state and very irresponsible had not noticed how much I needed a oil change. I went to less Schwab but apparently at this particular location they didn’t do oil changes. A woman told me about this place so I went and Cody who actually did my oil change is the most helpful, professional, and kind hearted honest people I’ve ever met. He was quick. It seemed like I had just sat down and Cody was already bringing my car back down after being lifted up to start the whole process. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need. Scott Ferguson incredible. jake just saved our family rv trip from disaster. we pulled off for gas towing our fifth wheel and i noticed a problem with our tires rubbing and called the nearest mobile rv mechanic. jake answered and was at our rv within 20 minutes. he noticed a broken leaf spring and we went to his shop close by. thank god he had the part to replace. we were back on the road within 1 hour. professional and great price. hope we never see him again but a great piece of mind if we ever have an issue in this area again.

Andrew Fountain MV Automotive came highly recommended by two avid Porsche enthusiasts I know. Rita Leppien MV Automotive team is amazing!!! Mike, Lindsey & Sean are the 3 employees that I had the pleasure of working with. My initial visit I was greeted by Lindsey for new brakes. She was so kind and informative, my first impression and the awesome service brought me back. I also had a code that kept coming up and a courtesy scan was done and we decided to schedule a time for the repair. Mike explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done (under warranty). Mike was excellent and worked with extended warranty company and the inspector they sent out. While repairing my car Sean noticed other repairs that were needed and instead of having me come back at a later date (adding another deductible) Mike cleared it with warranty company. Sean did all the repair work that needed to be done on my BMW X3 which was completed in a timely manner. They were all friendly and patient with all my endless questions. Just observing the respect and camaraderie the MV team had for one another in the shop left me knowing my car was in an honest and trustworthy shop! Laura Velliquette It can be difficult to get the point across to the staff, you wait sometimes at great length, and then personally I had an experience where they wouldnt honor there lifetime warranty parts they had put in. I wouldnt go back except all my tires and shocks struts alternator and battery comes from them. Plus they get grease on your interior as well.

Ashlee Veneman Ive now been to this location a few times, and wow, I doubt Ill go elsewhere. Hands down some of the best customer service Ive experienced, especially for vehicle service. Not only is every rep and tech Ive worked with so helpful and friendly, but their operation is extremely organized, their prices were extremely competitive (the best in my area for sure), theyre always happy to do a quick tire pressure or service check (even as a walk-in) free of charge. Very impressed with this place and happy to give them my business!

Kathie Moloney Service light came on for an oil change but I still had several 1000 miles to go. Called and was invited in to have my car looked at. Turns out the Service light was not adjusted. They updated the status, refilled fluids and washed my car for the inconvenience. I will definitely use R & R Service again
