James Vu I’ve been to The Humidor cigar lounge many times, and every time I’ve enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent service. However, a few weeks ago, I had an experience that was a bit disappointing. I mentioned it to Alex, and he immediately apologized and confidently invited me back, assuring me it wouldn’t happen again. Fast forward to last week—I returned and was warmly greeted by the host, which made me feel welcome right away. Alex recommended a fantastic cigar paired with a perfect bourbon, and let’s just say, the night started and ended on a high note. Alex is AMAZING, and incredibly knowledgeable about cigars, and Dean, the manager, even took the time to chat with me despite it being a busy night. I really appreciated that personal touch. The Humidor is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!
