1 /5 Cambria Ulrich: I played poker at this venue a couple of weeks ago and, unfortunately, will not be returning. The number of games running was limited, and the facility’s cleanliness was deeply concerning. I observed numerous bugs on the tables, seats, and floors, as well as visibly jumping in the playing area. By the time I left, my ankles were covered in bites.
The presence of bugs was not surprising given the overall state of the environment. I witnessed some of the poorest table-side standards I have seen in a poker room. Food—often messy—was served directly on tables barely large enough to accommodate drinks, while the designated drink stands were coated with dried spills from both food and beverages. Such conditions are ideal for attracting pests.
Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of table service. No waitstaff circulated to ask players if they wanted refreshments, and even obtaining a simple glass of water took an unreasonably long time.
The combination of poor game availability, pest problems, unsanitary conditions, and substandard service ensures that I will not be playing here again.
