She saved my life 17 years ago by sending me to get further help with my condition. She has been so very kind and generous with her time, always get hugs at the end! One of a kind! And her staff is just as wonderful! Francess is amazing, always gets back to us the same day! Who does that!!?? NOBODY!:) Love them dearly

Bryan Gallinger I have been a client of Dr. Paul McKinley and Elevated Health since 2020 and I am extremely happy with everything about Elevated Healths clinic, services and staff. The Western medical system is broken and it is very unfortunate. I have been battling two health conditions since 2008 so I have been studying holistic remedies in addition to medical protocols for over 15 years. My first consultation with Dr. Paul was refreshing. He spent over an hour with me asking me detailed questions about my medical background, lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and more. He never looked at his phone and no staff interrupted us. I am a detail guy so I have a LOT of questions. He answered them patiently, provided me with 3rd-party resources to research on my own and he gave me options while providing me with his recommendations. My endocrine system is compromised so I require daily medication for my thyroid and hormone treatments. I have Colitis and I also battle chronic sinus symptoms. I have had a dry cough for decades and typically had annual or quarterly sinus infections growing up. On average, I have needed at least one round of antibiotics annually. Dr. Paul is the only person that helped me get rid of my dry cough and I have not needed an antibiotic in 4 years. He taught me how to proactively avoid sinus infections. Much of what the average person deals with is due to our poor diet and lifestyle habits. Most doctors dont have enough time to really get to know their clients and help them treat to the root cause. I can text, call or email Elevated Health anytime I want and within 24 hours, someone will respond. Oftentimes, it is Dr. Paul himself who calls, texts or emails me back. I can swing by with or without an appointment anytime during business hours and they can almost always squeeze me in. Elevated Healths entire staff has been knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful, and resourceful. EH uses great SMS software making it easy to communicate, ask questions and make appointments. They have a clean, modern clinic, filled with supportive amenities and a warm environment that is inviting and relaxing. In addition to Dr. Paul, I am really impressed with their team of qualified and professional employees. I have really enjoyed working with Yvette, Daniel and Heather over the years in addition to many others. I love that Dr. Paul is always educating himself on the latest products, services and technologies to help us maintain our optimal health. My quality of life has been much better since I became a client of Elevated Health.

Dondee BB He lacks experience. I have Hashimoto that he failed to diagnose for a few years of going to him. I decided to leave his practice and Got an appointment with a PA instead who had some common sense and was able to order the right labs and was finally diagnosed and getting the help I need. I would not recommend him at all. If you do decided to take him on as a doctor, please get a second opinion. His lack of experience caused myself and my family alot of unnecessary stress and grief.

Sara Sinclair I have the utmost respect for Dr. Gibson: his knowledge and kindness make all the difference in the world; however, two of his staff members do not have the art of respect of Communication. They are the first contact for clients and should learn how to resolve all questions and request and not dismiss any clients current or new.

Eric Irwin I was undergoing a nightmare work comp case being bounced from doctor to doctor. I am so glad I finally landed here with Dr. Timothy Gibson. He agreed to take on the case, which many doctors decline with how hectic work comp can be, especially this tricky of a case. He got my surgery authorized, did the procedure and Im already recovering much better than last time. This office is quick and efficient and maintain a professional atmosphere. Id recommend Dr. Gibson highly!

Todd Lassig Dr. Aish was my Dr. for many years. He is very experienced and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is to the point but not an insensitive jerk. I have know doctors like that. The one down side is that because many people like to go see him, there is often a wait. That being said, he has made time when I had an emergency and needed to walk in. If you are looking for excellent care in Huntington Beach I cannot recommend him more highly.

theroryhorsburgh Bassil Aish. Helped save my life in 2011. He helped me through injuries, illness, and a life threating time in my life with cancer. Thank you Bassil. Gwen and Stephanie have always been very accurate, professional, and personable as well.

doug M I spent almost two days contacting (phone calls & messaging via patient portal) my local medical facility (Op**m) trying to get a prescription for COVID (I’m fully vaccinated). I finally made a virtual appointment with Dr. Dangvu and within 5 minutes got the help needed. So great full and hope it will get me done with this.

Richard Rowe My wife and I have been seeing Dr Dangvu as our primary physician for at least 15 years. We have always been totally impressed and happy with his caring, broad knowledge and understanding, and prompt attention to whatever our needs are. We appreciate his genuine interest and concern with us as true friends and not just "patients". We both have strongly recommended him to our friends as our outstanding primary physician.

Paul Stafford Dr. Kockinis is at the top of my list for being one of the greatest doctors that I have ever had. He is very direct and to the point of what is needed without sugar coating it and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients.

Sydney Abraham Dr. Kokanis and his wife have created a nice atmosphere in which I enjoy during my visits to the office. I had previously went to an urgent care for treatment in which the doctor there had mis-diagnosed (it happens) but Dr. Kokanis recognized my issue immediately without any delay. I can now regain my confidence since the treatment he recommended worked and I am now feeling great again.

Brianna Alvarado I recently started a new insurance and picked my new doctor Dana yan. It was my first time going to this place. I was severely disappointed because the receptionist was beyond means extremely rude and it’s my first time there and she did not make it a pleasant experience…. Here I am looking for a new primary doctor and the receptionist steered me away. So I check in and introduce myself and say hi I’m here for my 10am appointment and I arrived at 10 am and the receptionist got so rude and rolled her eyes and sighed heavy like ugh well you should’ve came here 30 mins early. I said my appointment is at 10am. She tells me with a attitude someone should’ve told you to come 30 mins early and I said no one told me this is my complete first time here and new. Then she’s like I don’t think they will be allowed to take you now. And I said but my appointment is at 10am and I took off time from work and in a rude tone she says your going to have to reschedule. And so I wasted my time coming here being a “new patient first time visit” rude experience I told the lady honestly your being extremely rude right now and she said she was not trying to be rude and I said forget it I’ll find a new doctor at this point and left. So WARNING if you want a rude receptionist to greet you to your doctors appointments when all you want is help or if your a potential new patient… RUN . Run for the hills and find a new primary doctor at that point because if that’s the face of their facility and she’s being rude like that to me and possibly others it’s not right…. Save yourself and do yourself a favor and find another clinic or hospital. I was astonished my jaw was dropped whole time at the disrespect and her being so rude. Never caught her name. But all I can say is I will go elsewhere unfortunately …..

Collette Royer Although my work causes me to travel and live all over the country I see Dr Julie Bolton whenever I am in California and I have in the past depended on her for advice about traveling internationally. Aside from being exceptionally well-informed about the current state of medicine, she is most focused on creating health in her patients instead of just treating illnesses which is the approach I am always looking for. Dr Bolton is also sympathetic and listens thoroughly, explaining her treatment approach, and what can and cannot be done. Her approach creates a partnership between doctor and patient. For me, this creates best possible outcomes for my own wellness both short and long term. Thank you Dr Bolton!

LINDA MORALES I have had the very good fortune of being Dr. Boltons patient many times over the years and every encounter has been a great one. You feel seen, heard and understood, letting you know that she genuinely cares to find solutions to your health problems. She really does check all the boxes! Most recently, she found the right medication to treat my Migraines; a feat that no other doctor has been able to accomplish. My family and I will be forever grateful.

Eric Johnston Dr. Shin is an excellent doctor. Ive been seeing him for a couple of years now. Hes very attentive, informed, responsive, caring, up-to-date. He works with you collaboratively to come up with the best health solutions for you as an individual. Hes a good listener and partner. I highly recommend him.

Rustam O I had to wait three months for a new patient appointment with Dr. Christopher H. Shin. During my visit, I noticed that he spent more time typing on his keyboard than actually engaging in a conversation to understand my health concerns. He seemed overwhelmed, rushing between patients, yet still accepting new ones. Dr. Shin did not take a proactive approach to diagnosing my condition. Instead of investigating the root cause, he appeared focused on just completing the visit. He was willing to prescribe serious medications based solely on a brief verbal discussion, without deeper evaluation or considering the patient’s age. When my insurance denied a requested service, there was no follow-up effort to appeal or reassess the necessity of the diagnostic. Additionally, communication with this office is extremely difficult—messages go unanswered for over a week, and phone calls result in 30-minute hold times with no guarantee of speaking to the doctor. After everything I went through, Dr. Shin ultimately recommended that I find another primary care physician. To me, this felt like a scam—after months of waiting and a frustrating experience, I was simply told to go elsewhere. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice to those seeking thorough and attentive medical care.

Nico Del Giudice After going to a foot doctor who couldn’t give me an immediate solution to my plantar’s wart, I needed to find someone who could treat it instantly. Dr. Nassir is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I went in, and same day it was gone! Quick, easy, and zero pain. Would recommend him any day. Thanks Dr. Nassir!!

Ok sana I had an unpleasant experience with this office. I had appointment at this office but waited more than 30 min in line . At same day i paid in full by credit card for this appointment and got receipt . But 7 months later i received an invoice for non-payment for a consultation with a doctor Nasser . I consider the work of the office to be incompetent

Isabel Lui Dr. Chow is my Primary Care provider and I think she does a good job. I know its challenging to be a doctor (especially in primary care) and I feel like she takes the time to listen to and care for me. The office is clean and professional and all the staff have been helpful!

Mirna Assaad I’ve called three times, and each time I provided all the necessary information, only to be told that it wasn’t saved and that I needed to repeat the process. Each time, I was assured that someone would call me back, but that hasn’t happened. Additionally, it doesn’t seem like the representatives answering the phone are based in the U.S. So far, I haven’t been able to secure an appointment, and the experience has been far from promising. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve encountered.

Anna Askari I cannot thank Dr. Arash Esmailzadegan enough for the incredible care he provided to my father during his recent injection procedure for severe spinal stenosis. After weeks of excruciating pain where he couldn’t sit, stand, or walk comfortably, my father finally found immediate relief thanks to Dr. Esmailzadegans expertise and skill. Not only is Dr. Esmailzadegan highly knowledgeable in his field, but his bedside manner is outstanding. He took more time than was scheduled to thoroughly understand my father’s case and ensure the procedure was done with precision and care. His dedication and compassion truly set him apart from other physicians. We are so grateful for the relief he provided, and we are confident in recommending him to others seeking top-notch pain management care. Neha Bhatia Dr. Budraja was my mother’s treating pulmonologist for years. She trusted him with her care, diligently attending follow-up visits every three months, expressing her growing concerns about her worsening condition. Despite her significant and rapid weight loss, increasing difficulty breathing, and the debilitating symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis, he failed to provide her with a clear diagnosis, a treatment plan, or even an explanation of what was happening to her body. It was only when she was hospitalized with pneumonia and admitted to the ICU that we learned from her treating pulmonologist there that she was in the end stage of pulmonary fibrosis. This devastating revelation came far too late—after years of suffering that could have been managed with proper medical guidance. Oxygen therapy, a common and often essential treatment for fibrosis patients, was never once suggested by Dr. Budraja. Nor did he offer any other tools, medications, or strategies to help her cope with the progression of her disease. The negligence and lack of proper care she received under his watch were inexcusable. No patient, especially one battling a severe and progressive illness, should be left in the dark about their own condition. His failure to diagnose, communicate, and treat her condition appropriately caused unnecessary pain and suffering. This doctor should not be practicing medicine. His lack of care and oversight cost my mother precious time and comfort that she deserved. This review is written as a warning to others—if you or a loved one are under Dr. Budraja’s care, I urge you to seek care from another Pulmonologist.

Gurmander Kohli I have not set up an appointment to see Dr. Bhudhiraja and I want to do this. I will call the office and set up an appointment to see the doctor. I will ask for my records to be transferred from Dr. Shende to Dr. Budhiraja. I need to set up an appointment to see Dr. Budhiraja and I will call the office to do that.

Christy TGodinez After the passing of our mother, our father became very ill and was in severe pain. When he got to the ER, they took him immediately. The staff and nurses were kind, thoughtful, and attentive. One of the nurses who stood out the most and went above and beyond was Nurse Bonnie Nguyen. She is an amazing nurse who took the time to answer our questions and concerns. She is very respectful and compassionate about her patients. She came in frequently to check on our father and he actually felt cared for. We knew he was in good hands under her care after each visit with him. Our family is very impressed that his room is very clean. Thank you to everyone at this hospital that makes this a positive experience.

Katy Thiên Huơng I went to visit my mom on February 3 at 2:30pm on 18111 Brookurst St. and Talbert in Fountain Valley, CA and meet the RN, her name is Faye who is in charge for room 352. So I asked her, how is my mother? but she was rudily answer that " I am not giving you any answers because I am already answers to 5 people " and she walked away without any hesitation. I could not believe that it came out from a RN mouth who work for a big beautiful hospital. I wonder if she was a well trained to be courtesy service nurse or if she even a trusted RN to take care of a patient in need. It seems she was not happy to do her job. Please remove her duties and I need some nicer RN to take of my mom. I hope her manager in charge to take care of this matter.
