Quyen Chu all I have to say is wow! the service and ambiance here was absolutely impeccable. I had my nails done by Kim and she was nothing but patient, skilled, efficient, and kind. while doing my nails, her years of expertise really shown through. she really pays attention to the details and considers your opinion before solidifying the design which I really appreciated. everything was super clean and hygienic, I would definitely come back and I recommend coming here for the cutest nails! :)

Marisette Pomales NEW OWNERSHIP & newly remodeled > Love Daisy nail salon!! I had one of the most relaxing experiences while Lee (full acrylic set) and Hanna (deluxe pedicure) worked on my nails. The best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon too! Friendly, accommodating, diligent service and extremely well priced too! Definitely recommend this nail salon and will be my new go-to nail salon in the future.

Puneet Kaur Went in for manicure and pedicure, shoddiest manicure ever. They didn’t listen, I told them specifically that I wanted thin nails, these were so thick and ugly, I paid and gave them tip, went elsewhere to get them fixed. I told the owner that I’m not really happy but he told me it’s virtual illusion, such disappointment. Never getting my business back.

Karen Lozano The work was dirty, it didnt take time to do my nails, while I did my nails I attended to others, I didnt clean my cuticle, it didnt cut my nails, it didnt disinfect, it didnt remove the skin from my fingers, it came out pus ... and they say a charge and when they charge everything they increase you 130 for a horrible job ..

marisol garcia Next time you get nails off, make sure you ask how much they charge. Got charged 15$ to take off almond nails, no diamonds or jewels just plain and one color.

Jasmine Mccowen I’ve been to this nail shop over 20x so my review is going to be the upmost honest, Karen— i love, she’s neat, caring, open-minded.. if she doesn’t know how she will figure out how to do it. Everyone else I cannot say the same. I was here for a service one of the technicians completely tore of my nail leaving me with a bleeding nail, and blood under the skin. Was only offered $5. After ALWAYS paying full price, it was disgusted to be treated like this. It’s already awkward being the only black person in there and having to wait to be serviced after non poc come in and get seated immediately w/o an appointment. This will be my last visit. I hope Karen gets back from her vacation and opens up her own salon.

ami kinnel Excellent service. Friendly. Great priced. Can go 1 month before fill and nails still strong. Going for my second fill without any breakage. Would highly recommend this salon.i drive from h.b. to get my nails done. Wont go anywhere else from now on. Love this place

Kylie White DO NOT GO HERE !!! I have gone here TWICE now and this is my final straw! I went the first time and got the pink set done and i was so disappointed in the work . My nails were lumpy and looked TERRIBLE. Their nail tech acted like she was in a rush even though I was the only one in there. i barely made it to two weeks and they kept getting caught on my hair BECAUSE SHE ALSO DIDNT PUSH BAVK MY CUTICLES! Eventually they ended falling off mostly at 2 weeks because she did such a lousy job! AND THEN SHE ASKED FOR A TIP AT THE END OF SERVICE???? I gave her one bc I felt pressured but i would not do it again. I only went back and got the purple set because my boyfriend paid for it and I actually really liked them but only because I had to tell her exactly how i wanted my nails. I had to guide her how to do her damn job. I had to show her multiple photos and correct her multiple times because she wouldnt paint my full nail and she kept shaping it wrong EVEN WITH AN INSPO PICTURE ! again she didnt push back my cuticles so now my nails are lifting and one already came off ! I got these done oct 9th so it has only been two weeks and they have been giving me terrible issues. I have had acrylics before and I know what a good acrylic set is! you wont find that here at Tranquil Nail spa!! I have never had an issue with my nails lifting the way I did here. I only went here because they were close to chapman and within walking distance, i will no longer be going here. I will take my hard earned money to somewhere that actually deserves it! not to this lousy place.

Noemi Castro I have been coming here for years and lately their services have been horrendous. I was charged $70 for nails that look like my toddler did them. They are more worried about quantity and not quality. I will never be coming here again. I would add pictures of their terrible work but it’s not allowing me too.

Ciliani Rodriguez I would give my experience a 10/10. Nina was so pleasant and such a perfectionist! I love everything about her work. Not only did she go above and beyond but she also made me feel super relaxed. I came in for a full set and gel pedicure. My pedicure was amazing ! I didn’t catch the girl who did my feet name but I wish I did. Thank you so much ‘ if I come back to Cali this place will be my first stop. Amazing amazing Amazing !

Gabi Soumokil I’m seriously disappointed. I haven’t received a pedicure since before the pandemic so I’ve been doing my nail at home. I wanted to get a nice gel pedicure and thought it was time to go to a salon so they could properly do so. She barely did anything. She barely pushed back my cuticles and didn’t even cut away the dead skin. I got like a ten second massage, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. And she just slapped the polish on. She didn’t even ask me if I liked it before she went to go help someone else. When she saw that I was upset about it, she attempted to clean up the gel by digging a nail file into my skin, not even really cleaning it up.. I’m honestly so disappointed that I probably won’t be getting a pedicure again. This was supposed to be relaxing, but instead I’m upset that I paid $45 for a service that barely even qualified as a pedicure. I’m not sure if they were tired or what ,but I don’t recommend. It’s a waste of money.
