5 /5 Jennifer Price: I can’t say enough great things about my personal training experience with Lindsey! I started working with her on 10/23/24 as part of the Fall into Winter personal training package, which included 40 one-hour sessions. Today marks my final session (2/22/25), and I’m leaving not just with results, but with the tools and motivation to continue my fitness journey independently.

Thanks to Lindsey, I have lost 25.5 pounds—and even more in fat while gaining muscle! My body composition has improved significantly; I’ve lost several inches, developed noticeable definition in my arms, and feel stronger than ever. One of my biggest achievements is being able to barbell back squat my own weight—180 lbs! Beyond aesthetics, I’ve also built endurance and improved my overall health. I get sick less often, and my asthma is more manageable, which has made a huge difference in my daily life.
Beyond the workouts, Lindsey provided invaluable guidance on nutrition, hydration, sleep quality, and stress management—areas where I struggled to find motivation on my own. Her holistic approach has helped me not only transform physically but also adopt healthier habits that I can sustain long-term.
