We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and taking care of us so well. Thank you!

They had a large selection and both the store and products were very clean and polished. I ended up speaking with Addy, who was so helpful and friendly from the get go. She was extremely patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. She shared a number of beautiful options after we discussed what I was after, offering the full range, from more entry level options to big ticket items. I appreciated that I wasn’t made to feel pressure to purchase anything in particular. I ended up going with something that I think is just perfect. I would go back again.
