Cheryl Alhusseini Love this place. Pretty and clean as well as reasonably priced. Ask for Linh. She is wonderful. She does great work with acrylics, fills, color and designs. She is very willing to accommodate requests and always responds with “easy” and a cute giggle. Her English is also good so it’s nice to converse with her plus she looks out for her clients best interest. Tina did my spa pedicure and gives a great massage. Highly recommend.

jasmen tucker The service was quick, polite and always long lasting beautiful nails! Mia, Tammy and the ladies are friendly and sweet accept the owner she’s kind of a bully to me. When an employee makes a mistake or anything happens she chew them out even if it’s not their fault. Her energy is a bit much to me. Hard to not feel bad while getting your nails done.

chelsey Fox Amazing service!!!! Everyone was kind and so helpful. Came from northern Nevada for a girls trip. They were so accommodating for my best friend and I for two pedicures and a fill. Highly recommend!!!! Luxury pedicure worth every dollar !!!

Gina Labarber BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! my parents and I walked in on Sunday at 10am and had the best experience a nail salon has to offer! The nail professionals are so friendly and professional, and use top of the line supplies that are sent directly to them from New Jersey. every nail professional uses the exact same supplies and they are nothing like the ones you typically find in a nail shop. The beautiful scent of the jasmine lotion lingered the entire day, and my hands and feet still feel moisturized the next day! The salons interior is so relaxing and really beautiful, simple and elegant and the salon chair has the best back massage EVER. They have a wide selection of nail colors, and gel colors (I got one of the mermaid colors which is a black base and mermaid finish) and offer brand new treatments like collagen hand and feet wraps. The location is absolutely perfect, with huge windows to see main street. My parents and I will be coming back every month. We love you Red Persimmon!!!

Sarah Beale So so so incredibly disappointed. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and have always appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. However, my experience today was AWFUL and I will not be returning. They not only raised their prices, but their quality in work has gone down and is taking longer. I spent two hours and $67 for very short, square (asked for coffin), and unevenly painted acrylic nails (she messed up and had to do a third coat on one hand but didn’t do the other to match so one hand looks much darker than the other). I would have gone in and complained that I didn’t like my nails but was in fear they would charge me another $15-$30 for the redo and was just completely over it by the time I left, which was over two hours after arriving. So disappointing because these were supposed to be my vacation nails and now I have to figure out how to fix them before I leave!! Wasted time and money.

Julie Young Went there yesterday for my birthday. I no sooner sat in the pedicure seat and the girl doing my gel nail extensions was right on top of me I didn’t even get a chance to adjust my chair or turn on the massage thing, Neither one of them cared even when I asked to do it, neither one of them helped me or even sure they knew how to work the darn chair themselves, 4 of my 10 nails were glued on crooked and had to be redone my pedicure lasted no longer than 15 minutes. If the end of the day I look like I have fake press on nails that I bought at the grocery store on and that’s what they feel like too. Honestly I don’t think either one of these women are licensed or have any clue what they were doing. Worst service of experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Both for their work and for their lack of caring about if your seat was even adjusted right before the attack three seconds after you sent down. At one point I asked the girl to allow me to adjust my chair because she threw her towel over the controls and then she laid her arm right across it and said OK adjust it, I was like well I can’t because your arm is laying across it I can’t even see the controls. Itwas just the weirdest experience I would never go back and I would never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.u mails are Al different lengths soaring upwards, and All different shapes. Waste of 98.00. Worst pedi I’ve ever had in my life. She couldn’t have had less pride in her work. Final answer: NO

They made sure my needs were met and that I was comfortable throughout my visit. - Friendly: The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly. It made for a pleasant and relaxing experience. - Helpful Recommendations: I appreciated the recommendations on how to keep my feet soft. Their tips were practical and showed that they genuinely care about their clients’ well-being. - Nice Spot: Mio Nails and Spa is a super nice spot! The ambiance is clean and inviting, making it a great place to unwind and treat yourself. - Orange Scrub Package: I highly recommend trying their Orange Scrub package. I opted for it to tackle the calluses on my feet, and it worked wonders! My feet felt rejuvenated afterward. - Ample Seating: The place has plenty of seating for both manicures and pedicures, which is great if you’re going with a group or need to wait for a service. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Mio Nails and Spa and would definitely return. If youre looking for a friendly and accommodating place to pamper yourself, this is it!

Alina Muresan A beyond rude owner! Rudeness at its highest and lack of customer service. It’s like you are at circus. Not recommending. Poor quality nails done, and then the owner becomes rude. No accountability or customer service. Mistakes can happen, but being rude with your customers is not acceptable. I leave big tops and treat people well. I expect the sane in return, but this is not the place you get that. Big no.

Selise James WOW! What a treat! Best pedicure Ive ever had. From the cute decor to the friendly staff this place was great. I got a gel pedicure and the attention to detail was much appreciated. I loved the scrub, steamer, hot towels and hot stone massage with the service. I look forward to going back! April was fantastic

Jessie Wu Nice staff, clean salon. Parking in the back. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately the quality of service is not the best. She missed a lot of spots near the cuticles so the polish is not completely covered. I also asked for two coats because the cat eye polish was too sheer. She only did it for my pinkies and then the rest of my fingers she did not… so now two out of ten fingers have the darker shade I requested. Not sure why she didn’t just give me two coats, especially when the manager came over to show her how to do two coats. The one of the diamond gems fell off the same night. I worry the other ones weren’t applied securely and will fall off soon. I did get cuticle oil but no lotion or hand massage. For the price, I guess that’s fine. Just strange because most salons I’ve been to do it. If you go, I recommend requesting the manager to do your nails. She definitely has the expertise and is very willing to accommodate. I wish I had noticed the flaws of my nails before leaving the salon.

Gretchen Dawson Overall, you get a good experience. The owners are amazing people and really do go above and beyond to make your time relaxing and worth it. I usually get the $60 pedicure package and it’s worth its value. Also, the wax they use is high quality.

Christine Doyle I went to get a gel fill and French manicure. I chose Flamingos because it’s around the corner from me. The salon appeared to be clean and the staff friendly. I had a male technician and he didn’t do a good job. First, he didn’t clean off his station after he removed the polish from my nails. The dust was left on the towel and once he started to apply the gel on my nails the dust with my previous color got stuck in the gel. When I told the technician he said it was already in the gel. He couldn’t fix it. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy about this he became annoyed and clearly didn’t care for my comment. I had to tell him how to apply the white polish, and 4 my nails were filed crooked. So noticeable that my husband and family noticed. They never notice things like that. When I complained to the management she said next time we’ll remember to tell the technician to wipe his counter. I requested a refund but was denied. I then insisted my nails be corrected but I was told it was too busy today as it was the day before Thanksgiving. I would have to come back later in the day. REALLY?!?! I paid $53 for nails that came out horrible!! I would never go there again!!

AD H If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dont go to this place! I went in for a fill and a pedicure. 4 ladies working and only 1 knows how to do acrylic fills, the owner, and she didnt come in til I was there for about a half hour. I was wondering why the techs kept hopping around. 3 different people worked on my nails. The lady next to me had to sit there and wait while the owner filled my nails which was a disaster. I wanted chrome, and she had no idea how to do it!! The other nail tech buffed off the botched chrome which was bumpy and splotchy while she went to work on the other client, and after 2+ hours, I finally left with plain, filled nails. I wasnt happy and she did NOTHING to rectify her mistake except to tell me if I came back, shed redo the chrome for $10! Are you serious? I went to Lux Nails at Newland Center where I usually go. I thought Id go to Happiness for a quick fill because its closer to my house, and Ive gotten a pedicure here before by the sweetest lady there, but now Ill never be back. I spent $85 for a deluxe pedicure and a botched fill. My money now goes elsewhere now. Youd think theyd treat what few customers they have better since the place is empty every time I go there. Shell be closed soon. Ladies, go to Lux. They treat you like gold and the place is immaculate! Now my nails look great! Update - A week after getting my fill done here, I had to take my nails off. My nails, the skin surrounding my nails and cuticles were itching so bad. This had never happened to me before, 20+ years getting my nails done. Turns out, I got a fungal infection from what the ER doctor believed were either dirty instruments, contaminated or expired products or a combination of both. So upsetting. DO NOT GO HERE! Ill now be contacting the health department.

Renée baby This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The lady cut my finger so badly it wouldn’t stop bleeding, and she didn’t even apologize! Instead, she had the audacity to tell me she usually charges for cutting cuticles but was doing me a favor by not charging this time. Are you kidding me? She couldn’t even recreate the design I had requested—a design I had called and sent to her a week in advance to confirm she could do. She assured me she could, but in the end, I was stuck settling for a cheap sticker slapped onto my nail just so I could leave. She completely ruined my Christmas nails, and I’ll be staying as far away from this place as possible! Unbelievable!
