3 /5 Jessie Wu: Nice staff, clean salon. Parking in the back. Reasonable prices. Unfortunately the quality of service is not the best. She missed a lot of spots near the cuticles so the polish is not completely covered. I also asked for two coats because the cat eye polish was too sheer. She only did it for my pinkies and then the rest of my fingers she did not… so now two out of ten fingers have the darker shade I requested. Not sure why she didn’t just give me two coats, especially when the manager came over to show her how to do two coats. The one of the diamond gems fell off the same night. I worry the other ones weren’t applied securely and will fall off soon. I did get cuticle oil but no lotion or hand massage. For the price, I guess that’s fine. Just strange because most salons I’ve been to do it. If you go, I recommend requesting the manager to do your nails. She definitely has the expertise and is very willing to accommodate. I wish I had noticed the flaws of my nails before leaving the salon.

5 /5 Denielle Prine: The ladies here are fabulous!! Reasonably priced. What I love most is they do not skimp on TLC. The spa is absolutely gorgeous!! 3 /5 Siciley Edwards: They use to do a really good job but as of late they’re really skimping on service. I’ve done acrylics, pedicures and gels. Their acrylics have come out completely uneven and then there is no massage or even cuticle oil. I think they’re just rushing through and so after two years, I’ll be looking for somewhere new. I’m bummed because it used to be much better but that’s just not the case the last six months+.

5 /5 Joelle Alexis Sando: I initially went to Nail Rehab and met with Eden to get a new full set about 2 months ago. Before this, I had went to another salon here in HB and was absolutely disappointed in the nails, they were constantly breaking and hurt and the nail person has a horrible personality. But, Eden gently removed my acrylic nails and immediately noticed that I had a really bad fungal infection on most of the nails. Another salon, just interested in making a profit, would have just put a new set on top of this, but Eden was genuinely concerned for me. She actually gave me some fungal medication to help with the infection and told me to keep nails off for 3 weeks until everything healed. That was pretty impressive! So, of course after 3 weeks of getting my nails healthy again, I immediately went back and requested her. She carefully inspected my nails to make sure my infection was thoroughly gone then gave me a new set. As you can see in my photos, her work speaks for itself. She is detail oriented and efficient with a great personality. A fill takes less than an hour. Also, Ive had very long nails for 20+ years; it is extremely hard to find nail technicians that can expertly do long days well. Eden is definitely one of those gifted people. Also, I am very sensitive and appreciate that Eden is extremely gentle when doing my nails. Lastly, I need to note that during these times of COVID, the nail salon is immaculately sanitized and all precautions are taken to keep everyone safe. I cant recommend Eden and Nail Rehab enough. Thank you for getting my nail game strong again!!
