5 /5 Gretchen Dawson: Overall, you get a good experience. The owners are amazing people and really do go above and beyond to make your time relaxing and worth it. I usually get the $60 pedicure package and it’s worth its value. Also, the wax they use is high quality.

4 /5 Justine Phelan: I had an appointment for myself, mother and bridesmaids 2 days before my wedding. Long story short, my nails looked terrible, that evening the gel coat that didnt cure was coming off in chunks and I was tears, as I would have to squeeze in time the next day, the day before my wedding, to have them completely re-done. I took photos and emailed the corporate office and Kimberly was so thoughtful and helpful and apologetic and has refunded me as well. She was kind and patient as I was telling her about the horrible experience and Im grateful she gave me such excellent customer service. I give 4 stars for her alone, as she was the only good part of this experience. Thank you to Kimberly. -Justine

1 /5 Elizabeth Pacelli: I remembering now why I stopped going here, I thought I’d give them another shot, yet again I paid 75 dollars for a full set with gel and this was just three days ago . Today I was gardening with gloves on and 3 nails on my left hand came off and one on my right hand! Their product is cheap and the man who did them was horrible. I complained about the nail polish not being all the way up and when he was done I looked like I needed a fill already. The man got mad and yelled at me in Vietnamese and then the owners wife said I’ll fix it. After she fixed it I can’t believe how quick they just popped off like they were Lee press on nails from when I was a child. This was it for me sorry guys invest in better products and maybe you’ll have happier clients!

1 /5 Love Brown: I am so upset as I’m sitting in my car crying I have NEVER had thin eyebrows in my life I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up I look in the mirror and immediately I start tearing up .. my eyebrows are so thin it looks like a pencil .. I am so upset and it’s nothing I can do but wait for them to grow back.. I’ll never come back here again. Terrible waxing experience eyebrows aren’t like nails that can be fixed what’s done is done .. I am in disbelief I am so upset.
