Susan Pilat As with any mail salon, There are lots of different people that can do your nails. Once you find one, stick with her or him! They provide great service and care about every single one of their customers. The owner will personally text you, And they generally genuinely do their best to give you great service. Whenever I come here the offer me coffee or tea and when they do the callus removal they spend at least 5 minutes, Versus other places that just do it for 2 minutes. They have done silk wrap gel nail Polish and the acrylic nails and they do beautiful work. Also the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Anais Mandzhikyan I dont know why the other reviews had bad experiences, but I loved all of mine! This place is so calm and chill and the workers are very kind. So far Ive came here about 5 times and ever time lve had such a pleasurable experience. Alex does an amazing job! Ive just recently gotten my nails done by him and it is so good! Thank you cool nails!

Anasheh Khodagholian Ive been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because its was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, "too picky to make happy." They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted "Even better, I will charge you even more!" Im a tired nursing student. I just left here crying. This was a terrible experience. After all these years, I never imagined what happened today would even be a possibility. I understand these people work hard, which is why I never tip under $10 and I was firm in insisting to double pay today. Their attitude today was anything but professional and it really hurt my feelings.

Roxy Minasian I was long time customer, I went yesterday with my mother , they soaked our feet, and suddenly Lin left my mom to serve another customer.! My mom can’t wait in cold water. Also I noticed they don’t use the blue compound while they used it for other customers. I’m disappointed from their insulting behavior. There was no administrative person to complaint or provide good customer service.

Lylia Issa Soooo this all happened on my birthday I went to go get my nails done and the lady that was doing my nails couldn’t even handle the smell of the acrylic and was feeling sick and I ask what’s wrong and she proceeds to tell me that she hasn’t ate or drank any water because the owner didn’t give them breaks and that just broke my heart I’d never go back.

After the 5th day it started to fall and till the 7th day all the nails felt She is not a nail expert, I believe she is the ones that doing the cleaning , When I went there to tell them another person told me why you didn’’t come we will fix it, excuse me in 7 days all the nails felt , how you will fix it All the time they were talking with each other in a language, it’s not appropriate to talk other language

Haley Geffen Love coming here. Moved from NY where nail places are on every corner - so it’s been harder to find my spot here. Kathy is my go to for gel and regular mani. Well run and clean. Everyone is pleasant!

TAH Music I came for a pedicure for 29$. I was disappointed when I walked in at the smell (smelled like a dog grooming place or almost like dog poop/or a dog being groomed) and also the fact that they didn’t have normal spa massage chairs with the foot bowls. They only have regular sitting chairs and a basket filled with water. I was already here and tbh they were really friendly and nice so I stayed. The pedicure was great, however the main reason I get a pedicure is for ingrown toenail removal and they weren’t able to do that. One lady tried but it was ineffective. If they had regular pedicure chairs and someone who knew what they were doing when kit comes to ingrown toenail removal I would keep coming back, but due to those two things I won’t be.

Tara Daylami Extremely professional. Appointments always start on time. They never make a fuss about correcting a mistake. I’ve been coming here routinely (once a month) for about a year now. Kind of a bummer to see some of the other reviews of people who have only visited once. All that to say, if you care about timely appointments with kind staff + higher end products — especially ones that are non-toxic, vegan + cruelty free, I would recommend at least checking out this salon.

Shawn J They did a great job on my pedicure, very thorough and clipped them exactly how I asked. I suppose my only criticism would be wishing the massage was stronger, but thats just my preference, and Im still happy with how long it was. Would get a pedicure from them again.

Shannon Evans I asked for a regular manicure, no gel, the lady used gel nail polish without the UV light. My nails were fully chipping and peeling off the very next day. So disappointed. My pedicure was great. 2 different women did them. Wish I could get my money back. Such a waste on the manicure.

Emilee Bargoma They take their time with your nails. Its not a "quick" like most places are now adays. You will walk away with well-made nails that last you quite a bit. Go there, youll be happy you did! As far as service is concerned, they are okay. Not the best, but not unfriendly either. Just go get ya nails did, sis.

Lisa Pozo I have come here for years. This is a very friendly establishment. Sweet people doing nice work, at very reasonable prices. Theres enough parking nearby if you need it. Parking is metered. Great leg and arm massage. Just a short vacation from your responsibilities I am sure youll enjoy.

Mónica Viveros I’ve come a few times here with good results, but my last time the nail polish quality was terrible. I did regular nail polish on both my feet and hands. The hand pedicure turned brownish after two days, the yellow nail polish on my toes was ok, but after a month I took it off and all my nails are damaged. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

sunrise moon This is how my nails looked immediately after I got them done. The nail polish is way too far from the cuticles, it looks like my nails are already grown out. I asked for her to fix it but she said she couldnt do it any closer. Frustrating for a $86 set. Also rough handed and one of my nails began lifting soon after

Miguel When booking an appointment they dont tell you its cash only unless you spend $50, and even then they still charge you $2 for paying with a credit card. "Conveniently", they have an ATM in house which they ask you to use it to take money out.

Parlez Vous Crochet They charged me $21.00 just to remove the skin and cuticles from my nails. No polish or filing was needed because they just did acrylics on my nails 4 days before. Really $21.00??? The owner said we charge that price with or without polish.. but all she did was remove dead skin!!! GREEDY!! Pedicure ok but callus remover is trash! I did a better job in my shower later that eve with the foot cheese grater!! Reminds me why I don’t go to this salon..

Amanda Saygh Yes, I had an appointment. I was one hour late because I do not live in the state. they took me in really quick. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet. And the lady who did my manicure did not listen to me and did what she wanted with my nails. She tried to file them with a nail filer. Because they were way too long. I am not a 21 year old. I am in my late forties who requested beautiful short natural looking nails I just couldnt deal with it. I had a wedding to I will never ever go there. They look horrible.Too long still On top of that, she had an attitude with me and spoke in her language, which is very disrespectful. I speak 3 languages that I dont speak different languages with other people who dont understand it. Waste of money. It started with twenty five dollars for a manicure and thirty four a pedicure. On top of that they got a thirty dollar tip.

Elina Pogosian This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The lady that did my nails did the worst job ever. She cut my nails so unevenly it is horrible. I asked for a straight cut and she made them round when I asked her, “are you cutting straight?”, she replied yes. She cut my nails SO deep now its inflamed and hurts. Not even just the shape but the polish too! The nail polish she put on is terrible that I could have done a million times better. Overall this was a disgusting place and I would DEFINITELY not recommend. I inserted an image I took RIGHT AFTER getting home from the salon.

GUCCIFRAN19 **FUNGUS** (PEDICURE)They do not sterilize there supplies! I’ve never had an issue with Fungus until I came to this place. They are very dirty! The girl that was doing my nails was very sweet and she does good with feet but other than that they’re very dirty and do not clean their supplies. Now I know that way they should do it is that they should have them packed in a sterilize white small bag.

Alina Khodadian I came in today for a same day appointment! Gayane was beyond amazing! Took her time to make sure everything with my nails were done perfectly! Has the best nail color selection, along with a super clean station! Reasonable pricing, I had the Russian gel manicure done. Usually other places will leave me with nicks and scratches but Gayane was so gentle! I absolutely loved her and LOVE my nails! Definitely book your appointment!!!!

Hannah Bear I live in the neighborhood and appreciate how they always take me in regardless of time and what I’m looking to get (gel, polish change, etc). The last few times I’ve been so disappointed with the quality of manicures - gel, regular, chrome. Before Christmas I came in and got a regular manicure. It was very sloppy and chipped almost immediately. I usually get gel so I just kind of let it go and hoped next time would be different. I got a chrome gel polish change which they charged me $43 for and it’s already chipping. I work long hours and don’t have time or money to constantly come in for touch ups or changes. So disappointing

Sucharitha Bose TLDR bad experience, but pedi looks ok. I was asked if I wanted callus removal, which usually standard with a pedicure at most places. I said yes and then midway through the pedicure before the callus removal was started, I was shown the menu. The regular pedicure was $28 and I said I wanted that instead and wanted to add on a massage for extra. She wouldn’t let me choose any that didn’t have the callus removal which were all $39 even though I was fine not doing the callus removal. Went back and forth for a bit where I insisted on a regular but she was pushing one of the deluxe pedis. I begrudgingly agreed to do one of the $39 ones with callus removal and massage. Massage was 5 minutes of gentle grazing, not a massage at all. Callus removal was done with unhygienic tool on my dry feet and was painful. Neither service worth 11 dollars extra. Two ppl ahead of me didn’t have cash and were allowed to tip on card without issue but the lady who checked me out chastised me for it and tried to get me to get cash and then charged me a dollar extra for card.

Ashley BEST PLACE EVER !! literally such amazing customer service and the quality of the work is spectacular. i came here to get my nails done for a wedding and they were perfect j came again today to get a new set (Gel Xtentions) and they came out beautiful i had to write a review. also everything is always clean and hygienic. they do amazing pedicure and clean the toes gently. this set was done by vincent!!

Anna Bari Absolutely the best nail salon in Glendale hands down. Excellent work every time, clean, lots of free parking, adequate prices, great selection of colors. I always get dip powder and it looks so natural and thin as if I have a regular nail polish on. It stays on for 4 !!! weeks and my nails grow out with dip. I have also done regular pedicure and it is much better than at other salons and stays on longer. It looks like the owner really cares about the quality of products and customer service. I have never had a negative experience here and have been going here for years. Highly recommend!

Megan A. My nails were just done. Wasnt even straight. I told the nail technician, and he said I would fix it and just left like that. And kept smack talking about me in their language. Once he was done, he just got up and left. I didnt appreciate their rudeness. I had an appointment with them at 10:30 a.m., and they didnt even sit me down until 11 am. and started on my nails at 11:15 am. and done by 12:15. This place was my go-to nail salon, I used to love this place, but I wouldnt return to this location even if this nail salon was the last one open in the world. I am truly disappointed.

Roxana Aviles Awful customer service. 2 Saturdays ago, I paid $35 for my moms regular manicure, which should have included her nails cut, except they werent. I usually take her except I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday that weekend. Came Monday, I got real sick and stayed away from my fragile 90 year old so she wouldnt get sick. I was awfully sick all week. This past Sun., my mom scratched me as she tried hanging onto me. So I called the nail salon to ask who had worked on my moms nails and to present the issue of my moms nails not being cut. I was asked to go in that tue. So wed not be charged just to cut her nails. Except Tue was raining cats and dogs, and I was not about to get wet or have my mom get wrenched. The man on the phone said I could get a discount next time she went in. That wed work something out. I took her in the following day, on Wed. We were charged another $35, so the discount was not honored. I felt robbed, cheated. Pretty much everyone @ the register lacks a decent, friendly customer service etiquette. Ill be taking my business somewhere else. Considering it is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service and the treatment.

Andrew Vaughan Stopped in for a last minute pedicure here while out celebrating my nieces birthday. Staff was friendly and efficient and accommodating considering my last minute appointment request. Given how close by it is will definitely be returning whenever their services are needed.
