4 /5 A Murray: I had a wonderful experience with a message by Alison. She was attentive to my needs and requests and made me comfortable.
The only reason for the 4 stars is because I feel like the whole “spa experience” is completely forgotten by hotel management. Upon checking in I was led to a locker room with a robe provided. However I didn’t not receive any slippers or a towel (I like to shower before massages). The massage products were unlabeled and unscented. The music and atmosphere of the room were nice.
After the massage I showered and the body wash container was empty. Again. No name products. No water dispenser for guests to drink after sauna/jacuzzi/treatments. Additionally the sink area looked like one you’d find in a public gym.
A bit of care and attention to the space would go a long way for guests experiences.
For such an expensive massage I would have expected more from the establishment.
