5 /5 Stephanie Gottlob: Next month will be 12 months of coming exclusively to VIP ! I just love all the ladies here! They are all sweet and super friendly! Plus my nails alway look amazing when i leave. I get so many compliments when I’m im shopping or traveling! I don’t just get my hands done i have gotten my full face waxed and it was amazing. I also get pedicures and the hot stone message and paraffin wax… the best thing ever - i highly recommend!

4 /5 Amy Elizabeth: Great pedicures! Several options to choose from. Spa like experience. The shop is very clean & they clean throughly between guests. All nail techs have Covid-19 health & cleaning training. They even have a punch card, 10 punches equals $20 off!

1 /5 Bree White: Never again. Took my daughter to get a pedicure and was treated rudely. When my daughter told the lady that the reason she wasnt putting both feet in the water was because the water was too hot and she had a scrape on her foot that was stinging with whatever was in the water, the lady got mad at her. My daughter picked out a color (a pale shimmery white) and even showed the lady the color and number. When the lady went to paint her nails, the color was a bubble gum pink. When my daughter pointed it out and said she didnt pick out that color and didnt want that particular color, the nail lady tried to tell her that not only did she pick out the color but it was the same color. The nail lady then became very rough with my daughters feet and when my daughter asked her to be more gentle, the lady rolled her eyes and started mumbling under her breath. Her toe nails were cut uneven and the paint job was super messy. For the price they charged I will go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

1 /5 Amy Jackson: Super over priced. We paid 200 dollars for my sister in law to just get a basic mani pedi and I got a basic set and the basic pedi with painted white tip. Lady rubbed my toe raw and when I pointed out a issue with how my big toe was painted she shrugged it off like it was nothing. They also missed half of one of my sister in laws fingers. We were there for over 3 hours and watched people come in after us get rushed threw before they did a quick paint on SIL nails. We came here because they had so many good reviews. So hopefully this will save someone a trip of disappointment.

1 /5 Payton Oneill: I went in and the two ladies messed my sisters nails up so bad she was crying in the store and had to have someone fix them the acrylic was so thick and the French tip was so sloppy the design alone was so messed up another lady had to redo it all I’ll never go back there and the lady who messed up was hovering over the lady the whole time while she was fixing it
