My friends get the intricate manicure designs and they have never been disappointed. Experienced techs, clean and spacious salon. Convenient location with ample parking. 5* all around.

Sidney Barkholz I love love love Gloss Nail Lounge! The girls in here are so welcoming and friendly! I love the decor and atmosphere, great music in the background and complimentary drink menu for customers. The attention to detail is what sets them apart. There’s a super cute boutique setup in the waiting room. It’s extremely clean. They have great massage chairs for pedicures. My nails last forever. If there’s ever a mistake, they are happy to fix it without charge. They have never ever cut my cuticles like other salons. Excellent customer service skills here. You will love it!

Sarah Strouse Elena is amazing at what she does, each time Ive gone to her Ive left happy and excited to show off my new set for the next couple weeks. She is very good at nail art and can copy reference pictures well; if theres ever a design that isnt in her wheelhouse she is upfront about that (though she is really talented and very rarely have I found something that wasnt in her range). Always willing to work with you and help make sure you are getting what you wanted; often times Ive come to her with a design that was close to what I was envisioning but needed to add or subtract certain elements, and she was able to see the vision and execute it with skill. Beyond just her knack for nail art, she is also someone I genuinely enjoy talking to throughout the appointment. She uses nail forms, so you will always have a perfect fit. Has lots of fun nail stickers available if youre having trouble deciding on a design. Reccomend Talonz 1000%, been going here for a couple years and plan on continuing to as long as I live in Spokane♡

Kathleen Mckenzie they never let me down with their art and snacks. Pricing is high and always random but thats expected. Hope they can stay at this location.

Tweetyy Nguyen They did such a good job on my nails everytime, all the techs at the shop are very nice. The girll did a fantastic job on my pedicure and she gave me a little flower design on two big toes for my vacation.i would recommend to all my friends and family.

All the ladies at Tina’s Nails are so talented!! They do artwork free hand and take such great care of anyone who walks thru their door. You won’t be disappointed!! I am never!! Mike Toutloff This account for some reason has My Husband‘s name, but he can also testify that my nails have always been perfect.I have been going to Carnegie nail design for close to 30 years, I have been going to Lisa all these years, who is the owner of the salon. Lisa is a wonderful person, an amazing nail tech, and an amazing owner of this small but mighty salon. I have been complimented on my nails for years, I wouldn’t trust anybody else, and wouldn’t be going back for all these years if I wasn’t completely satisfied. I recommend Carnegie nail design to anyone and everyone. The salon treats you like family, and I highly recommend you try them out.
