1 /5 Steve Davis: I am shocked that this place is a medical facility. I went in a few months ago for a physical with some known concerns. The medical provider I saw was pushing a colonoscopy even though I am not at risk for it. Meanwhile, I cant even get them to have me hooked up for a take home heart monitor for what I suspect is A-fib. I sent a couple of messages to my care team, and they said they would send the referral again. Almost 3 months after the initial appointment, Ive heard nothing. Their billing department is on top of things, though. Theyre not willing to work on affordable payments and will send you to collections fairly quickly, though. Update: after 4 months I finally got a call from the cardiology department. The Vancouver Clinic has an utter lack of communication, and I would avoid getting any care at this place because it will take forever for referrals to get anywhere. I also ended up paying my bill in full since they will not take payments stretched out beyond 6 months, regardless of the bill.

2 /5 Zebulon Citanul: I went there with great expectations only to discover that whomever I spoke with regarding scheduling did not listen to what I had said. Due to that, I was unable to attend my appointment. Further, I was made to think it was my error/fault, and that I was a bad person because I was frustrated that I was misled.

5 /5 Abbie Schoenleber: I sustained a work related injury for the first time and came in on a Tuesday Night around 6. The first place I went to I had to deal with a very rude nurse that was condescending about not having a “needed” form from my employer. I came in here just to ask for clarification on what the needed form would be and the guy at the front desk was super nice and explained that they actually were the ones that needed to supply the form! He was so very helpful and the nurse, doctor, and x-ray tech were all so kind and on top of what they were doing. They made this entire stressful day/process so much better, I highly recommended this location for Urgent Care!

5 /5 Angie Lingle: I was receiving care at another clinic for my hands & pain that is now going throughout my entire body, after a year of not feeling like I was being listened to or heard I sought out a second opinion and an orthopedic doctor at Vancouver Clinic a wonderful orthopedic doctor by the name of Ryan Caldwell. He was amazing during my first appointment with him. I had already received a referral to the rheumatologist and to a neurologist so that we can start to pinpoint exactly what is going on and where in my body and the root of it so that I can start to feel better, I immediately started to feel better once I was in good hands at the Vancouver Clinic and with Dr. Caldwell if you need a great orthopedic doctor that will listen and care he is definitely the DR to go to, literally the best decision I made was to seek out, find and get care at that was going to help and be beneficial to me & my well being & physical health, if I didn’t do that I wouldn’t have got the pleasure of finding a wonderful clinic & DR’s in whole. Thank you guys for being the better part of healthcare for not only myself but others who needed it as well. You’re amazing. All of you.

1 /5 Recondite: Prepare yourself for a typical experience in the American "healthcare" system at this clinic: exorbitant costs and surprise bills that will appear in your mail a month later. Also, the phlebotomists here include many trainees, and you may undergo incompetent care that will leave your hands or arms bruised for weeks.
