1 /5 Booth Jacob (goronfood): Would never take my vehicle here again, and will tell anyone who will listen about the terrible experience I had with Unlimited. They will perform bad work and refuse to take responsibility. They are extremely disorganized and will lie to you about the repair timeline to cover their own lack of action or their forgetfulness. Everything was weeks later than they estimated, they would never call me to update me, and on top of that they were always "right about to call me" any time I took it upon myself to call for an update.
On multiple occasions they tried selling me a new battery claiming that mine tested bad. I had just purchased this battery, so I declined and had mine tested at an OReillys where I purchased it, and it was found to be perfectly fine.
The owner, Todd, is married to the service writer/manager, Janell, so imagine how escalating an issue through this company works. They know they have the advantageous position and will not even entertain the idea that their techs (or Todds wife and employee/co-owner Janell) may have made a mistake. In my experience, Todd resorted to personal insults and claimed I was a liar.
You might have a good experience here; the reviews indicate that sometimes they do a good job. Id just recommend sparing yourself the potential hassle and go with a reputable mechanic that wont string you along, especially if you have a Subaru with engine issues. Thanks for nothing, Todd and Janell!
