2 /5 Steven Bolt: I called ahead to schedule a pre-purchase inspection of the used car before we bought it. The day off, I called again to make sure that we were still good and to clarify how long it would take because the owner could only drop it off for two hours. They assured me it could get done, so I moved forward with having the owner drop it off. 2.5 hours later, the owner showed up to pick it up, and the car hadnt even been moved. I called them to ask what happened, and the lady on the phone told me that the tech who was going to do the inspection left, and that was it... If they had told me they couldnt do it, I would have gladly taken it somewhere else, but instead, they had me go through all the work of coordinating the drop off and then didnt even touch it. Frustrating to say the least.

I had another car that had the water pump bust a few years ago and I took it somewhere else which resulted in me paying high fees and a list of other things wrong with the car that broke my budget. I wish I had found Birchwood Auto Repair a long time ago. They quoted me a fair price, fixed what they were supposed to fix, and had me in and out of there within a few hours. 5 /5 Mikaela Smith: I brought my car in due to a headgasket issue, which turned into something much bigger, and I ended up needing a full engine replacement. Overall, the communication on Birchwoods end was amazing. They let me know what they would be doing and gave me price estimates each time something new would come up. They were finished with my car earlier than I would have imagined! The lady that answered the phone and was there when I brought my car in and picked it back up was very sweet and helpful for this process. Will be bringing my car back when the next thing comes up!
