1 /5 Gabriella Estrada: DO NOT come here ladies! I had came here for a blowout and was immediately happy with how affordable the prices were and wanted to support a local business.
However, once I got done with the lady who washed and conditioned my hair (who did a decent job, a little rough though) another lady came to help her blow dry me. I will mention I have long thick hair, so I wasn’t surprised. They didn’t even brush my hair first, NO heat protectant and instantly started blow drying! When I asked about heat protectant the lady said because it was a ceramic curling iron “it wasn’t necessary” I had to end up de tangling part of my hair myself, my ends were fried and really dry and my hair was not smooth at all. While I did have curls In my hair, it was not evident I had just gotten a blowout at a salon. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be returning. While it was an affordable price, I do expect good quality service. The lady kept complaining about how thick my hair was and it just didn’t make me feel comfortable.
This was supposed to be a self care treat for myself and my experience was ruined.
