As a client who values professionalism and expertise, I had high hopes when I came to you for a hair coloring appointment, seeking to match my natural grey silver roots with a platinum hairstyle without any blonde, orange, or gold highlights.
Despite clearly articulating my desired outcome and even providing a reference picture, I was dismayed by the results of the coloring session. The end result did not align with what I had envisioned, as my hair still exhibited noticeable brassiness that I specifically wanted to avoid.
Moreover, I was taken aback when you suggested that using purple shampoo would help rectify the brassiness issue. While I understand the benefits of purple shampoo in maintaining color over time, I believe that as a skilled stylist, the onus is on you to deliver the desired results accurately during the initial appointment. I should not have to rely on post-coloring treatments to correct a fundamental flaw in the coloring process. Whats gut wrenching is I leave for vacation in 4 days!
As a client who values transparency and honesty, I feel compelled to communicate my disappointment with the service I received. It is disheartening to invest time and money in a service that falls short of expectations, especially when those expectations were clearly communicated in advance.
Moving forward, I believe it is in my best interest to seek out a stylist who can consistently deliver the results I desire without compromise. I appreciate the effort you put into the appointment, but unfortunately, the outcome did not meet my expectations.
