Geoffrey Biteman Called them for an alignment. They said i could bring it right away which is usually very hard to find in a shop. They kept excellent care of my vehicle and went above an beyond. I didnt know my inner and outer tie rods were junk and they called me, got the parts ordered and had it done the same day!!!! Outstanding service! You just dont get that anymore folks...this is the real deal! I dont let ANY other shops work on my car since i usually do it myself but i whole heartedly trust Warren Secord. 10/10 Love these guys. Thanks again!!! My car has never driven this good!

Hilda Campos Speediest Service ever experienced! Came in with my fiance just about an hour before closing when our vehicle was experiencing a problem on such short notice rather then turn us away they were able to spare time to kindly check the issue and provide a quick quote. We were able to compare quote with another shop and they were able to provide a GREAT STEAL of a price. The mechanics were genuine and honest and werent looking to pressure us in getting work done by them. The service requested not to mention had a fast turn around time of literally under 24 hours! Sierra Ober I had an insurance claim for my Hyundai, someone attempted to steal it so steering panel was torn apart, window broken, etc. NW Auto Repair worked with my insurance no problem and got my car all fixed up in a timely manner. Even vacuumed and dusted my whole car, not just the glass clean up. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely go back for future repairs!
