5 /5 Audrey Temes: There are hair stylists, and then there’s Brenda. She’s a true artist; just check out her instagram! I have gone to some of the finest salons in Seattle in search of a good haircut for my fine, thin hair and then found this gem of a salon in Mount Vernon. Brenda is not only warm and personable, she is knowledgeable and talented. She gave me a lot of pointers on how to maintain my new style and I have received a lot of compliments on my hair cut. This was my first appointment at The Experience salon and I have already booked my next haircut. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Nina Zerbo: Toby, Brenda and the entire team at the Experience Salon are who you should be calling for current trends and technical superiority. I drive from downtown Seattle up to Mount Vernon just to have Toby do my hair and I have been going to him for the past 8 years...and I have no intention to go anywhere else. Toby takes great pride in having highly educated and trained professionals on his team. They look to each other for inspiration and trendsetting. Dont be fooled by the quaint town location. They are doing amazing work at the Experience Salon and would give any Seattle salon a run for their money!

1 /5 Justin Martin: Im not sure whats going on, but no one ever answers the phone. You get a voicemail saying they only take calls Tuesday-Thursday, to leave a message. You do, and no one ever calls you back. I then tried calling back every day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and same deal, right to voicemail and no returned call. Is this place even still in business? I ended up having to cut my own hair. 3 out of 5 stars for my own hair cut, though.

5 /5 Vanessa J: I get so many compliments on my haircut. Shout out to HEATHER, my hairstylist! Also, I really appreciate it how she takes her time to massage my head and neck while in the wash bowl. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a new hair dresser!! P.S. Frankie makes the best coffees! Thank you both for a great experience.
