1 /5 Aurora Borealis: Really great that Summit Presbyterian is openly affirming, but no different than any other Church I’ve ever been a part of beyond that. Like many peoples’ Church experiences, this place too is clouded by politics, hypocrisy and preferential treatment within cliques, made worse by the small size of the congregation. I will say that there are SOME immensely kind and loving people there. The Summit pastor Susie, is a great speaker. My advice would be to watch services online and save yourself the drama and trouble. Not worth investing in if you have negative past Church experiences, in my opinion. This was my last attempt at finding a Church to attend, and after trying for over a year at Summit, I give up.
Note: Summit Presbyterian does not actually run either NA meetings or the Samoan services; these are simply organizations that Summit Presbyterian leases space to for their services.
