VICTOR Ray Both of the dental assistants who worked on cleaning my teeth were pleasant and professional. They explained the changes in equipment and procedures and answered any questions I had. Doc Henricksen is also available to answer questions when he does an exam. I recommend this dental office.

Sarah Goble We had a great experience! Monica was so friendly and sweet with my kids and Dr Kang is an amazing dentist! My oldest has sensory issues and they were able to work well with her and make both my kids feel comfortable. Sarah did great placing sealants for both my kids and was very patient and quick. We love kids dental!

glen Colburn Love the clean and bright office, coffee , cookies and oh yes the great and gentle work they do on my teeth. Dr. Downing and staff always have a plan for my needs. I really like the gentle cleaning done twice a year for me. I am grateful for the work they are doing in our area to help others. Modern and up to date on the latest procedures.

Jamie Beckford George and his wife are The absolute best! George has done everything in his power to make sure that my new partials fit correctly and are comfortable. I am so grateful to have found him. I have already sent a couple family members to him and cant wait to see how excited they are!

Richard Sowards Good luck trying to get in to see your Dr. Either their computers are down and they cannot make an appointment for you Then promise to call you back to make an appointment but never do. Or theyre either in training Or just flat out wont answer your calls This is getting worse by the months that pass If you actually get in to get to see your doctor things are great but staff is terrible And Im thinking management is horrible its not the 1st go round with this place.

Ben Hansen Ash and Roberts is simply the best dental in town! They care! They want to make dental as painless and gentle as possible. I’ve experienced this with my many appointments with 7 kids and my wife and myself. I also appreciate how they’re constantly using new technology to make things even easier and faster. I so appreciate these guys!

Israel Elwell I went in to see Dr Chris and had X-rays on 4 teeth that are providing me immense pain daily. These teeth needed to be extracted so we scheduled a Monday to get it done. I had to schedule time off of work which is difficult due to the fact that I oversee others. The Friday before the extraction, they called to cancel on me. (Mind you, I was on my honeymoon when they cancelled on me). This is after I have been taking my prescribed antibiotics for this specific date. Not only did they cancel, but Mary the receptionist REFUSED to let me speak with the other dentist. This dentist was only willing to pull 3 out of 4 teeth which would require two separate visits and two separate healing times. Due to this, I will NEVER use this dental center again. All I wanted to do was ask the dentist if he would pull all four at once like Dr Chris would do. Mary never gave me the chance.

Kaytlyn Vanasse I have never felt so happy and cared for at a dentist before but Chehalis Family Dental was absolutely AMAZING! They got me an appointment quickly and were able to do a full exam and then they made a plan to get all my teeth fixed and showed me a cost breakdown of what insurance pays and whats left for me to pay. It was so organized, I am so impressed! I noticed it was a Faith based office and you could tell. Everyone was soooo kind and friendly and made me feel actually happy to be at the dentist. Such a blessing! Highly recommend!
