John Trusting a mechanic to be honest has always been an issue for me. Ive been taking my car in for routine maintenance for the last 3 years. Two years ago I had my brakes done with no issues. During a recent routine oil change, Dannys found that I had pitting on my semi new rotors, which I was told, was not normal. With that, I was told "We owe you a new brake job". Thats trust, great customer service and shows pride in their work.

Larry Matteson Great experience there. They got right on car when it arrived being towed. Found problem and fixed it plus kept me in the loop. Will use them again for sure if I need work done on my car or truck. Price I think was fair for time spent. People were very polite and seem to be knowledgeable on all vehicles.

Angela Brumfield I’ve been using NW Collision for over 20-25 years. I took my 2013 Lexus es350 to them recently and once again they did an excellent job! Their work is flawless! In the past I took my Honda accord and my Lexus gx470 to them! They go above and beyond to take care of you and work with the insurance. I refer all my family and friends to them because the owners are solid people, local people who care about their customers and stand behind their work! The staff/employees their model the standards put in place by the owners! As long as they are open I will always go to them for all my auto body work!

zoe huang He is the best I have ever seen. Very kind and helpful to check everything for my RV to make sure we leave in good hands even over the time we pay. I cant thank him enough and solve some problems that other mechanics couldnt figure out. He taught my husband how to fix the problems that can be issues later on and help us save tons of money. We learned so much from him and I surely save his number for anything comes up and recommendation for any one needs a trustworthy and kind hearted and super skillful mechanics. Gary Malyon Ill try to make a long-story short! I was on a road trip from British Columbia to several points in Washington to pick up some vintage Dodge parts. My transfer case destroyed itself while driving through Everett. I had to leave my truck at a repair shop in Everett and get a new driveshaft and transfer case. After repairs I returned to Everett and continued my original trip to get the vintage parts. While getting some of the vintage parts I checked underneath the truck and discovered the straps on the rear universal joint were not holding the u-joint tight. I was able to repair one of the straps myself but the other strap had a stripped bolt. As luck would have it, East County automotive was close by. I stopped in there and explained my predicament. They brought my truck in right away and after 30 minutes of work they had a solid fix completed. When it was done they refused to bill me for the work. Thank you so much for helping me out! I got home safe and sound. Without that fix I would have had to tow my truck as an imbalanced driveshaft wouldve surely taken out my transfer case again! Its nice to know there are some great people and shops out there!

Eden Fixed my car for around 200 when I thought it would be at least a $1000 more when I had car checked at auto store. Even when his machine showed all these bad codes. He could of charged me so much but he showed me most was just lights. Great honest fair and nice mechanic. Dont listen to the bad reviews. Hes awesome

Wendy Sivonen They were able to diagnose my cars issue right away. Great customer service, very friendly, explained everything that was wrong with the car. Very fair and reasonable pricing. Stayed with the quote they gave me. I will definitely be going back there if I need any more work done. I also found a new place to get my oil changed.
