5 /5 L D: Ariel is an excellent clinician. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns and reported symptoms during the visit. She has impressive communication skills and the ability in making a patient feel comfortable. She also has great injection skills. I did not experience pain with the injection into the subacromial space. Very pleased with my care and treatment plan.

1 /5 Alexa Tew: Horrible experience. As I was walking up to the building I passed an elderly couple, the man’s knee gave out and he fell to the ground in lots of pain. His wife ran inside to get someone to help assist him up. She came back and said they told her no one could help and go to the hospital. I was appalled, even if he wasn’t a patient wouldn’t human decency say to get someone outside to help the poor man get his feet?! I was then told the walk in was closing down for lunch (it was 11:40am) and the wouldn’t be accepting walk in patients until after lunch at 1:30pm. I left and returned at 1:15pm. I stood in line behind one patient until 1:37pm and when approached the counter the receptionist Taylor told me they were no longer taking walk in patients they were full. Very confused I asked how that is possible when I have been in line for 20 minutes and they just started checking in walk-in patients seven minutes ago according to the info I was told earlier. She informed me they started checking in patients early. Terribly run facility and staff is very rude.

5 /5 Susan Myers: Absolutely wonderful staff. Very polite and helpful. Dr. Was excellent. Very kind. Explained things in a way I could understand. He took the time to listen and helped me to feel safe.

5 /5 Robb Dale: Rachel, was awesome, but we had to wait for about 40 minutes to be able to see her.…… I believe she was trying to provide exceptional service to the people before us, but we still had to wait much longer than we should have in my opinion.
