5 /5 veronica ramos: Thank you thank you Pauline’s yesterday spa day with my husband was amazing. I have been going to different places for years always looking for great prices nice atmosphere best customer service but over all amazing work. Finally after 25 years I found it. I’m defiantly staying here as a regular. I had never gone to a place I could get my husband in the doors and this place made him feel so welcomed he already set up times for him and his friends to go. He loved getting a pedi. A husband who wears heavy boots 12 hours a day for construction and gets ingrow toe nails was blown away by the service he received he felt so pampered. He will be going monthly now to relax and to treat his feet well. As for my pedi it was amazing so relaxed in our own private room. I called my bff told them all about it. This definitely ins a hidden gem. I loved the way the owner and staff treated us. My nails look so good the process blew my mind silk wrap omg her way of doing each nail taking the time to make sure no curves or bumps. I was blown away she is Thulley a expert. I willing give a five star. I highly recommend this spa. Here are several pictures of how my day went Before and after . Don’t forget to make your appointment she said she works by appointment so she don’t get the store to full so she can concentrate on her customer at hand soft relaxing music. The place sure feels like a spa. Many services available can’t wait to try them all. And best of all prices are amazing. So dang Cheap with a beautifully decorated store and amazing workmanship. Can’t wait for my next appointment I’ve never been so excited to return to a nail salon.

1 /5 Deanna: Very unprofessional experience and don’t care about the customer’s concern, I was there on the 29th of June and paid $45 for fill and shellac. I had to find another nail shop in Kent and paid $45 to fix my nails again with fill and shellac. To pay $45 to Pauline’s Nails and the fill lasted only 8 days! That’s viewed to be cheating your customers. When Kim used to work on my nails with the builder gel, no issues! Until that nail tech on the picture that ignored me, don’t want to help me, and act like nothing happened. She’s the one that did my nails on the 29th until the nails started to lift! No good, poor communications, and why continue business if don’t want to work in customer service!

5 /5 Petal Michaud: Ive been looking for a nail salon that does Silk Wraps forever!! I finally found Pauline’s Nail Spa and the whole experience was amazing. They actually specialize in Silk Wraps. They were able to take me in within 30 mins of me calling for an appointment. The process took a little under an hour and a half and Im so happy with the results.
